Frances Hodgson Burnett: The Secret Garden, A Little Princess, Little Lord Fauntleroy (LOA #323) (Library of America, 323)

Gorgeous edition.
Library of America produces the highest quality books I can find. This collection of Frances Hodgson Burnett's stories in one volume is no exception. It has a cloth cover, sewn binding and creamy fine paper in a readable font. Original line drawings are included as well as original color plates in a section in the middle. That old four-color plate look is perfectly reproduced. There are colorful endpapers and a pretty dustjacket in a similar style as their two volume edition of Madeline L'Engle's Wrinkle in Time series. In addition to the three stories named on the cover, three shorter works are included. They are titled 'How Fauntleroy occurred', 'Sara Crewe' and 'My Robin'. This is a beautiful edition. It's too bad I am not able to upload photos of it.

Great children book
It was a fun story of the movies which were made from them. I enjoy reading children's books though I am an adult. This is a fun book written for children.

This is a fine edition for those interested in these classic stories.
I am pleased with this "three-in-one" hardback edition. It is something that will stay in my library. And the price was very reasonable.
