The caps are nearly impossible to open. I struggled with all of them
The lipstick is soft with beautiful color and lightweight however I needed to heat the edge of the caps to get the caps off!!

Not the right color at all
I bought this color years ago and was excited to find it again online. However, when I got it, it was nothing like I remembered. The pencil I had was closer to NYX's 'Butter' in their matte line of lipsticks.This was a warm reddish brown. Nothing like what I remembered. Just goes to show you, you shouldn't buy cosmetics online. Even if you know the item well, there's no guarantee what you get will be right

Came with cap superglued on or something.
I could not get the cap open. My boyfriend tried and could not get it open either. He ended up using pliers and the cap still did not budge. In fact, the pencil broke in half trying to get the cap off. I don't know if it was superglued on or what, but the cap would NOT come off.

Bought bc someone was wearing it
It smells terrible. Cant bring myself to use it on my mouth but I still have it.. sometimes I put it on my eyes as eye shadow.. but even there Its not that cute haha. Don’t impulse buy it. Its a waste of however much it was..

Can't take the cap off the pencil.
It looks as if I'd like the shade but I have to send it back because the cap won't budge. I'm fairly strong but asked my husband and then my sons to remove the cap. None of us could do it. Need to work on packaging!
