4 each: Libman Wonder Mop (071736020006)

This mop is supposed to be hands-free. However, I cannot begin to get all the water out of the mop head with the wringer sleeve. Must use my hands to wring out water which defeats the purpose of buying it.

Only received one mop of a four mop order. I received no charge for this partcial order.?

I was looking for a mop. I was looking at so many different kinds, on different websites, and I saw a picture of this ONE mop and thought it might be a good one. Mops don't usually come in a package of 4 like yogurt. And since only one was pictured, I selected it and was so surprised when I got a box of FOUR mops! I tried to return all FOUR mops but the company told me they wouldn't allow it. They claim that even though the quantity doesn't show in a separate place, or that there is a picture of ONE mop when you order, that I should have noticed that it said (pack of 4) at the end of the title line. I wondered what kind of company makes a product that you cannot return--even if it is new and has not been used? I would not do business with them again. The company is named MidAtlantic Merchant and I am surprised that Amazon allows them to sell on their site. If you see that company, do not buy anything from them--they are disreputable!

We use these mops all the time - in our kennel, basement, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms. I order in bulk because it's necessary with the traffic we get. Well packed; quickly shipped. Thank you.

We purchased this mop about a year ago, and I can not find any refills at any major retailers. The only place I can find refills, is on line at amazon or ACE web site, and for a 5 dollar refill it's not worth buying on line, paying over ten bucks total for a refill plus delivery, and waiting for a week to get it. When you add the cost of shipping, and compare to ocedar, you can buy an ocedar mop of same type at lowes for 9 bucks in their stores and get it now - complete mop head and handle included. And Libman specifically designed the wonder mop so that ocedar, or any other brand mop heads, will not fit on their mop.That's always my beef with buying a new mop, by the time I need a new mop head I can never find a refill for it and I always end up buying a new mop and throwing out the old one, so I won't be buying a libman in the future because they lock you into their refills, and provide lousy availability - distribution for such so I am going to end up throwing out a perfectly good mop, add to my local landfill, and buy a new mop. This is extremely wasteful, un-green corporate behavior on the part of such manufacturers of consumable goods.Manufacturers of consumable goods such as mop makers, of which products fill up landfills, are practicing very poor environmental judgment and bad consumer relations, if they choose to market their products in stores without first obtaining strong, long term agreements with said retailers, to stock and keep on hand refills for their products.

I purchased this mop at my local grocery store and I was shocked that the reviews were not that great on Amazon. To be honest, I was delightfully surprised by this mop. I didn't want to spend $20 for the traditional mop and decided to take a risk with the synthetic one which was being sold for less. I was able to mop up a large puddle without a problem, and then cleaned my hardwood floors with ease. The trade-off was the size of the mop head -- the wonder mop may not have the diameter you're looking for if you have very large floors to clean.Wringing the mop is not difficult, just be sure the white movable plastic part is pushed all the way down and give it a twist while your other hand is holding onto the stationary white plastic piece. When you are mopping, make sure the movable white plastic piece is all the way up -- you'll hear it click into place -- and then it won't get in your way.The only painful part was paying for the separate water bucket, which was only $2 less expensive than the mop at the store... I'll never understand how that made sense.Refill mop heads were being sold at the same grocery store, so I am happy that I'll be able to replace this with no hassle. The packaging does indicate this mop head can be machine or hand washed.
