It's hard to get it out. In fact, I have never ever figured out how to remove the filter to clean the perforated metal cylinder inside to clean it. The instruction say to remove the filter and wash it out, but not how to get it out at all.I've tried unscrewing it and just plain pulling on it but it won't budge.
