Highly recommend
These bands are sturdy, comfortable, and easy to use. They stay where you put them, and offer a good variety of resistance. They don’t replace weighted glute resistance training, (no band will… don’t be fooled), but they are fantastic tools for both at home and gym glute activation and stabilization work. The gliders that come with have worked well for me on both carpet and tile, as well. It’s a great buy.

Bands don't roll up
I have only just started using them so I can only speculate on their durability. However, they are well stitched, thick and stretch well with good resistance.Comes with sliding floor discs, mine didn't do so well on my carpet...but hey! I was buying the bands so free thing! Cool!I have used them in many of my workouts and have found uses for all 3 levels of resistance. Each band also had a tag saying its strength. Bands don't roll up on you as they flex.

I didn't know I needed these until I bought them.
Wow, these are way better than expected! Super quality, they come in this clear bag with a zipper that makes them so easy to store.A day after using them, I was sore from working those muscles. No pain, no gain!Do it, they are worth the Price!! I've bought the rubber or layex ones, they always end up popping, don't bother, just get these!

Good quality just a little thick
They were a little thick for average use, but cute and good quality.

Great price/value
One for calph, theighs, and buttocks They are all the same size though. They are nonslip, durable, cloth, and come in a bag. I like that it also comes with sliders as well. Great product and great price. I would want a ankle band as well.

THE BEST
Unlike many others these never move on my legs and I don’t have to deal with them rolling they also are genuinely strong so it’s not as loose as the rubber ones

Great product! They’re very durable and the different levels of resistance are definitely noticeable. They’re great for a variety of exercises and the core slides are a great add on.

Great value
Pretty good product, it has great resistance and comfortable to use. I love the fact that there is a variety of bands and the added pads were a plus!

Mild resistance
The strength in the colourful elastic band is quite weak. I found it way too easy in order to be able to go and do good gluteus workout
