I bought this hoping my phone would be completely protected. I mean on the site it says military grade. When I put my first phone inside (yes first), it had a small crack, and upon a short fall, but a hard one at that, the entire phone shattered. Ballistic was helpful in sending me a new case, but I had to buy a new screen at Apple. Since then though it's had a few falls and no damage or warping to the phone has occurred. Be warned that even while in the holster, this thing is a dust magnet. I find myself constantly having to clean the edges of the screen and I can never get everything out. The screen protector is a nice feature, however it scratches rather easily. Can't complain though, it did protect my phone from getting scratched. This case is a hulk of a size and will feel huge in your hand, but it's got a 12 foot drop rating when encased in the rubber. I have yet to experience this, but I can say it'll survive a five foot drop for sure.

This is the huge, bulky, bomb-proof case I've been looking for. After searching and not finding a sturdy case like this, I tried to be a normal person and use a normal case, like everyone else, and inevitably smashed my phone. This is what the Otterbox used to be, way-back-when. I rock climb, work in a wood-shop, and most dangerous of all, I teach children art. I cannot be trusted with a regular case. I just wish there were other colors (NOT PINK -- maybe olive green, navy blue, and hunter orange to keep with the bad-ass theme?) to choose from.Update: Had to remove the filter over the receiver. This is a good sturdy case no doubt. However, because of the design I can't swipe up to access the screen lock or flashlight. It is literally not possible on my IPhone 6. The case is molded in such a way to enclose the main, round button on the bottom of the IPhone.The case comes in 2 parts. A hard plastic shell that you snap together over the phone, and then a rubber casing that fits over that. So getting at the flashlight / lock screen means taking it entirely apart. No small task.I have also noticed that when accessing your contacts, it is difficult to interface with the small letters on the right side of the screen.I like the case but it just has a fatal flaw in the design. I will keep it maybe? Maybe for camping and hiking and when my son wants to walk with it for Pokemon go. But at fifty bucks that's an expensive luxury.

This is as good as it gets in many respects - however - there are a few things to bear in mind. First, this case is designed so that the holster holds the phone facing inside only. If you want to place it face out in the holster so you can see who is calling you be prepared to have a less than secure set up. As crazy as that sounds, it's the truth. The other problem is the pin holding the clamp onto the holster gets loose easily and is very hard to put back into its place with the clamp in the right position with enough stress to hold it tightly on you belt or pocket. I wish the company would offer all of us a fix to these things. This is an expensive case, but it is still the best out there now that Speck stopped making the Tough Skin.

Yes, great case… however microphone sensitivity is reduced causing deficiency in phone utility, as well as voice memo usage. Finger print unlock feature is ok so far, maybe even hit or miss. After having two other phones covered with bomber rubber cases, this one seems a bit over-done for normal everyday usage. But if you are scrambling around in the dirt more often than not, having the phone on your construction work belt, or battling foes on a battle field, then this is probably perfect… It also feels like wearing a computer on your belt, as it is so large and not very comfortable.(iPhone 6s).

Tough case! Very nice. Looks great. Works great. Feels great. Really easy holstering and un-holstering with one hand. My only caution is that many people complain that they cannot hear me well ( due to the cover on the case ). My solution: I use the Bluetooth in my car, and I also purchased a Bluetooth headset. That is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. It still would not keep me from purchasing this case, however, I hope Ballistic will work on this issue in their future designs. I actually loved their Hard Core case for the iphone 4, but then did not like their HC case for the iphone 5 ( the way they did not surround the front facing camera with the hard plastic on the model I purchased ). This 6 case is great in every way, except for the less-than-perfect microphone pickup . . .

Not for Everybody... but the best at protecting your phone... I cut the port covers off and it still works great (dust and dirt not an issue for me, its the dropping)... yes hard to hear depending on your voice so I removed the speaker film... had same case for my 4s it looks brand new after 5 years of use and abuse... bought that case for $25... this time hesitated but did not balk at $55... its worth the protection! tempered glass covers fit under it too...

Good case, but not sure it's worth the money. It lasted about 18 months before a crack in the holster appeared. Company used to have a lifetime warranty which made the premium cost worth it.However Warranty Claim page on their website is "broken" and the phone # associated with the company has a recoding that states that "you have called outside of business hours" at 12:20pm Tuesday EST, with no ability to leave a voicemail.Email to Customer Support has not been responded to.

Love this case for its dual layer protection! Feels indestructible and definitely does what it says on the tin! The only small issue I have is that when I'm talking on my phone every now and then the person I'm taking to says I sound muffled but it's not very often ! From my side calls are really clear but as I need a case that really does give maximum m protection this ticks all the boxes for me

Using this product for the last 2 years. Protects your phone from everything, totally tough, but not water proof.Major setback was my voice was always muffleled according to the people who were on the call with me. So I had to open the microphone latch during every call.

Ich habe lange nach einem geeigneten Produkte gesucht und auch getestet und wurde immer wieder enttäuscht, jedoch nicht bei Dieser!Der Klinik-Verschluss funktioniert bestens. Auch die Bedienung per Schutzfolie geht sehr gut vonstatten. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen bildet der Bereich des Homebuttons. Die zur Verfügung stehende Fläche ist zu klein. Man erreicht diesen nur durch durch starkes Pressen, was nicht so angenehm ist. Daher ein Stern abzug.
