What a great hair dryer. Really powerful with two settings. The first setting is powerful yet steady enough to style your hair with a brush. The second setting is really intense, fantastic if you want a powerful quick dry and great for root lift. There are three heat settings. Cool, warm and hot. Hot is too hot for my hair as it is chemically treated, however warm is perfect. Cool is great too if your hair needs some TLC and youre not in a hurry. There is also a blue button which is the cold setting which is perfect for sealing in your style.Not too heavy to hold and I didn't find an issue with the control switches. The power cord is a nice long length.I would definitely recommend this hair dryer. It is well worth the money.

I was a little sceptical of some of the reviews here. But I have to say after 3 days of using this hair dryer it is great. My hair is medium length and dyed blonde and I've been having lots of issues with dryness lately - trying different shampoos and products. But when I used this with my usual shampoo and conditioner the condition of my hair improved more than I imagined it would. It is blowy so I use the medium setting. But the heat is really nice - you can almost feel it conditioning your hair as you dry it. I'm not sure it cut any of my drying time but I do love it. And it feels much better than any other dryer I've had. It is a little heavy but not enough to make me send it back. And the cold shot button is actually COLD! And located in a good spot so you can use it easily without moving your fingers all over the place. Worth the price.

I would definitely recommend this hairdryer to anyone. At first glance it seems on the pricey side but once you see the finish that it gives to your hair i'm sure you will think it is worth it. With my previous hairdryer I was spending around 15minutes drying my hair every day leaving it looking a bit frazzled. With this hairdryer it has taken my drying time down to 4 minutes and the overall result is much sleeker, smoother and shinier. I honestly didn't think a hairdryer could make that much difference but this one definitely did. I would definitely recommend it!

+ves': 1) Powerful hairdryer - dries hair faster than my old small Babyliss hairdyer. 2)-ve's: 1) No swivel cord even though it states it does possess this feature 2) Heavy! My arms were getting sore holding it after a while 3) Size - it's a bit too big for my liking but that's the tradeoff when you buy a powerful hairdryer. 4) Not easy to store in a drawer due to it's size.Would I buy it again? Not sure! I gave 4 stars as it does a good job of drying hair but hate the heaviness & its big size makes it difficult to manoeuvre but I am just used to smaller hairdryers.

This product is not as good as I had hoped.It does not have 4 heat settings plus cool shot as stated. It has three heat settings plus cool shot.There are two speeds of drying. Both of these are very strong and rather too powerful for my fine hair. I find that it tends to leave my hair rather fly away. In many ways I prefer the cheap hairdryer I bought as an emergency replacement whilst waiting for this one to arrive.This may be a good hairdryer for thick and long hair but if you have fine hair I would look elsewhere.

This was the best hairdryer I've used until the wire near the handle smoked, sparkled and stopped working a year and a half after I bought it. The warranty is only 12 months so that's it. Most other brands have 3 year warranties so considering you are paying more for this product you would not think the warranty is shorter. Hair driers tend to break at the cord attached near the handle from wrapping the cord around them so I made a point of never doing that nonetheless it broke.

I bought this for my mother for her birthday! It comes with two end plastic pieces to direct air flow - one slightly wider than the other. Its a medium weight hair dryer and perfect for a women to hold yet extremly powerful. It has a light on it to show its switched on and an extra long lead.It is perfection in a box, nothing more to add - the only thing is the price and although expensive you do get what you pay for here!"Thanks5 stars

this was a great buy, i had a professional dryer that blew up on me after 4 yrs! was going to buy a cheaper one but saw this and im glad i got it. paying that little more means better quality and they last. it is a little heavy but my last one was the same. very well made and great looking. does the job in very good time which is good for a mum with 2 children who doesnt have alot of time to faff! would deffo reccomend
