I love flat dog tags because they are less likely to catch on things or to be grabbed by playing pups. This one is very sturdy and true to size, while being easy to read. The finish remains shiny and readable for years. This tag is a replacement for a tag that was lost when the entire breakaway collar came loose in a wooded area. Overall: this tag is readable and lasts for years. I would purchase again.

Bought a couple these a few months ago .... they still look brand new .... So I ordered a couple of more and they showed up in about a week. Pretty fast for a special order. We bought the 5/8 inch with open ends They slip on the collars with ease but will not come off, well, unless you want to take them off. .We had our last name and 2 phone numbers engraved on them and worked out great (easy to read). Great product.

We originally ordered a pair of these LuckyPet Slide-On Pet ID Tags for our dog's collar since she was constantly licking the handing ID tags we had to the point where they were unreadable AND we are fairly sure that that much metal is not good for her. These tags sit flush with her collar, and therefore are not available for her tongue! These are very well made, have an excellent finish on them, and are very easy to read. When we got rid of our landline and decided to go entirely with our cell phones, we had to order a new tag with the new phone numbers on it, and we ordered from this company again - which is testament to just how highly we think of this company and their products.Another positive about this tag is that, unlike those which hang loosely down via an S clip, which may pull apart and loose the tag, these tags are, by virtue of their style, impossible to fall off and be lost. The whole purpose of a tag is to be able to reunite with your pet should he/she get loose, and the last thing you want is for them to be running loose, get their tag snagged on something and pull off. How many pets are destroyed each year because they don't have a tag on them? (Answer: Any number is too many!)A few VERY important things to note. First, the collar MUST NOT HAVE A QUICK CONNECTOR as you need a connector-free end to feed through the tag (see photo). Second, the thicker the collar the more difficult it will be to feed the tag along the collar. If the collar is more than 7/32" thick, it will not fit through the tag openings. Likewise, collars that are more than 7/8" wide will be difficult, if not impossible, to feed through the tag openings. And as you can see from the photo, the collar must be fed through the tag twice! Since most of the collars available these days have the quick-connect "pinch" connectors, if you decide to go with this tag style, you will most likely need to purchase a new collar as well. Don't be cheap - after all, your pet IS a member of your family so don't hesitate to spend a few more bucks on 'em!

Impressed with the quality of the collar tag. The writing is very legible and fits well on the webbing. Make sure you order the correct type.

Our puppy is a chewer. I have zero worry that he'll run this tag! The tag is sturdy, fits on the collar perfectly, and the engraving looks great. This seller obviously takes pride in their work!

This was my second try at an etched dog tag. First try, from a different seller, was a disappointment (results were dingy silver tag with barely visible lettering).I tried this seller and was so pleasantly surprised!! Almost a year later now and there are scratches but I still love the look of this tag! I am currently ordering another one to put on my dogs shock collar, in case he gets out without his regular collar. My experience has been very positive.Big bonus---this was one of the few sellers that allowed for my entire street address.

This tag allows for a significant amount of info. It stays in place on the collar and doesn’t tarnish. The hanging takes definitively have a tendency erasing info if they’re rubbing against other metal tags. No chance of that happening. Definitely worth the money and it will last.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered a closed 1 inch tag - customise now button wasn’t available to customise - and when it did arrive it doesn’t fit a standard 1 inch collar - collars now have a thicker more comfortable lining which cannot fit the narrow eye of the tag and it even spoilt my leather collar at the edgesInner edges are not polished wellOverall quality is also not so goodFont used is bad
