All 4 I Bought Broke Within a Few Months on 2019 MacBook Pro
I purchased 4 of these over a couple of months and had the problems below with all of them. This hub, even when new, was very problematic on my 2019 MacBook Pro A1990 Model. I had monitors plugged into both HDMI ports, a USB-C network adapter plugged into one USB-C port, a Juiced powered 10-port USB hub plugged into another USB-C port, and later switched the Juiced hub to the regular USB 3 type A port. I had this arrangement at both home and work, with identical Dell monitors at work and identical Samsung at home. I got the same results at both locations, and when traveling.First of all, the charging port didn't work, so I had to keep my charger plugged into the USB-C port on the other side of the MacBook. I had to play around with which devices were plugged into each port to even get them to work, and if certain devices weren't plugged into certain ports, one or both monitors wouldn't work. The ports are labeled for power, USB 2.0, 3.0, etc. so I had devices connected appropriately, and I'm a 40-year IT veteran, so I'm no newbie. Moving between work and home with the exact same configuration often resulted in devices not working. The newer Macbooks have a documented hardware/software USB controller problem where wi-fi sometimes will not work when USB hubs or devices are plugged in, and this happened to me many times when traveling, but that is an Apple issue. I was able to work around it by connecting the hub only when I needed to use an external USB device, which is a royal pain.Another issue with hubs like this that plug directly into the Mac's USB ports, is the hub will flex up and down in the ports, stressing them and possibly damaging them over time. A hub with a short cable to the Mac's USB port is a much better choice. The hub also occupies 2 ports, unlike hubs with a cable. After a few months ports stopped working randomly on all but one of the 4, so I have dumped them instead for a much more expensive larger dock. Also, apparently Amazon or someone/something is skewing the star rating, on the product main page it is rated at 4 stars, which is wrong, it shows a 3-star rating when you look at the rating breakdown in the reviews page, which I took screen shots of but cannot post. With 29% 1 stars and 18% 2 stars, there's no way this is a 4-star product.

Overall a good product
Pro:1) Very lightweight (55g)2) Works out of box3) Comes with a nice leather cover for travel (see pic)Con:1) price - there are cheaper alternatives out there2) i did not know whether the adapter is supposed to be completely flushed to the laptop edge. I expected (hoped) that it should be inserted completely, but it seems like the device is supposed to have a small gap (see pic). This is fine, but something to keep in mind for the company: when the USB ports is used at the bottom, inadvertently it will pushed the bottom portion towards the laptop (see pic). This is not a big problem at first, but overtime it will cause the adapter to be crooked and force the top USB-C port to come out. Yes, we can always just push it back, but with the premium price the customer would expect higher quality.

Great expansion accessory
Really good accessory to any USB-C model macbook. I have a model A1989, and it pairs very well with it. I really don't use much outside of a mouse with my MBP on the daily, so this is a good accessory for those other times. I have a dual monitor setup that works great through this accessory. You can run both HDMI connections at the same time.

Works as Intended
Sleek, works as intended, and solid build quality. I only wish that the product was most flush with my MacBook Pro.

Device broke after 3 months of use
After only 3 months of use the adapter stopped working - looking at the steep price it doesn't seem worth buying to me.
