Nice little workout!
My nephew got one of these for Christmas and I used it and was surprised how addicting and fun this is! I love that the ball is sturdy yet light, the head band fits nicely around my head. I love challenging myself, I use it when I'm working at home and have been sitting behind my computer too long, it gets me moving/playing, great gadget for anyone!

So much fun and great exercise
What can I say? It works as advertised and it's a ton of fun to challenge yourself to get the right rhythm and intensity to keep it going. It's just what I need for my 5-10 minute breaks from the body numbing deskwork that I'm otherwise doing from morning until dinner.

Fun fitness toy, especially for quarantine
Not quite straightforward putting together and starting playing with, but after you get used to the ball movement it's a fun fitness toy. I bought it for exercising at home in these COVID-19 isolation times, and have it for about 3 weeks now. It gets you off the couch and unlike other exercise equipment, this can keep you interested for long time. I like that there are videos showing how to train with it, but you can also find other ways to use it. Except for punching, I also use my knees and feet as if with a football, and this gives me more of a fun workout, putting me in the mood for further exercises.Punching the ball is not as realistic as in proper boxing because you should hit it lighter and slower to keep it up. It won't increase your strength like hitting a punch bag, but it helps with coordination and slow training of combinations. I don't think that the ball can injure you, but the vibrating string has sometimes hit my nose and eyes. When playing you should face a light-coloured background, otherwise the ball is hard to see.

Ball is too small, so this is more difficult than similar products
I purchased a bollen product, and wanted another for a gift so tried this product as well. The problem I have is the ball is too small, so when I hit the ball, many times my fist hits the string as well thowing the ball sideways. The bollen product has a bigger ball and I don't have this issue. For example, I can hit the bollen 174 times without a miss, but with this product I am in the 30's and 40' before hitting the sting and causes a miss. The product is basically the same thing, just needs a bigger ball.

This thing works!
Deceptively easy to start, but it will rat you out in a heartbeat when your mind wonders. I guess it was designed for boxing but I use it to practice focus and concentration for driving a race car. Use it while you take out the trash, watching TV, talking on the phone, etc. Try it on your Bosu ball! Enjoy!
