Easy to install. Works really well and I like that it is all metal and not a plastic pump. The check valve works and you don’t have to pump several times to get it going. It does not leak and so far is durable. We plugged it into a Costco size bottle and hopefully will not have to address it again for some time.

This dispenser is punching out of its class for the money. It’s a very high quality item that I’m expecting to last at least as long as the $100 examples you’ll find at Home Depot….AND the direct-to-bottle hose is a GREAT feature. Why did it take so long for someone to figure this out!? Brilliant idea and makes the monthly fill up a thing of the past. I can’t find a thing wrong with it, and EVERYTHING right about it. BTW, I’m a TOP interior designer who knows quality…this one is all you’ll ever need.

The stopper that is supposed to fit the soap jug is too small. The whole purpose of this dispenser is to use the jug of soap and not have to be re-filling constantly. We can't install because of this. If there is a solution, I will revisit rating.UPDATE: Contacted company, same day service to send two other sized stoppers. Only drawback was it took two weeks to receive, not company's fault but perhaps just include all stoppers in original order to accommodate different size jugs. Great customer service!

Good Products, good price.

Very happy with this product, love the pump function, the ability to use bulk product and not have to refill so often, no leaks and super easy to install after you get the whole drilled in your countertop or sink.

don’t buy

This is such a huge improvement over the last soap dispenser I installed in my last kitchen remodel. The last one I did had a bottle that you had to fill up with soap and screw directly into the bottom of the dispenser. The whole process was annoying, especially awkwardly trying to reach under/around the big under mount sink.This one instead has a hose that goes down and sucks the soap up out of any container you wish. So you just buy any soap you want, plop it down on the floor of the cabinet, and put the hose in and you are set. This is so much better and easier. Overall feel of the product isn't mind blowing, a little plasticy and cheap, but you get what you pay for. For the price I'm really not upset at all it feels fine and is on par with the quality of most kitchen/batch fixtures you buy these days. Even the higher end ones still seem to utilize lots of plastic parts nowadays.If you're deciding between this and another soap dispenser, just pick the one you like the looks of as long as it uses the hose to get he soap and NOT the bottle the screws directly in to the bottom. I'll never get that style again. If you're deciding between this or not doing a soap dispenser, I would definitely recommend it. It looks clean and nice and add some great functionality to your sink for very little money.

After a standard install, the top part that you push down to dispense the soap is pretty wobbly as there’s too much space between the mount and the top piece.
