Good meet slicer but
The media could not be loaded. This is a great machine at a reasonable price. It is very easy to set up, basically no installation or assembling required, and it works immediately right after out of the box. it cut extra thin frozen meat very well, easy and fast. one thing I really like is the mechanic design on the blade drive design, that the blade won’t touch the silicone lubricant if you want to add some to lubricate the plastic gears. I knew some food-grade silicone lubricants claim themselves edible, I still don’t want any of it gets into my food. One thing I don’t like about the slicer is the gap between the blade and meat sliding platform, meat debris gets into it and very difficult, almost impossible to be taken out. Luckily the platform and the motor part can be fully detached, by taking out 7-8 screws, and the machine could be cleaned completely. It takes about 15-20 mins to disassemble and re-assemble again. I think the manufacturer should really consider designing a mechanic structure for much easier cleaning.Anyway, it is still a great working meat slicer machine

A good buy
A very good entry level slicer. Light duty is ideal for the home kitchen. While some of the parts are kinda flimsy, overall easy to use and clean. When I took the blade off to clean it and went to replace it, I’d forgotten that the retaining screw is left hand thread. As a retired mechanic I felt like a fool for a little while. I bought this to slice vegetables and jerky meat. Just what I needed.

Sturdy, easy to operate
It's easy to set the slicer up for use. Slicing works well just as you'd want. I purchased a collapsible slicer before this and it was very flimsy - hard to get even slices. But this slicer is nice and sturdy with little or no movement and you move the food holder for each slice. My only complaint is that it's not very easy to clean. First, the blade locks in place when the slicer is off. So you have to remove the blade or turn it on to get to all the cutting areas of the back side. Second, underneath the blade food accumulates during cutting and cleaning this area is difficult because there is a small cavity in this area.Otherwise, I'm very happy with this slicer.

Not great. So hard to clean!
Not the worst or not even best purchase here. I've been wanting to have a meat slicer since we love to do korean bbq or hot pot at home. And I saw this with a great price, of course im willing to try it.Then i did. The cleaning part is the worst tho! Its hardly to explain but not the easiest i will, say that. You gotta take out the blade to clean, but you cant touch the slimey thing (its for the spinning) and some meat are stuck in there. Its digusting. And some meats are also stuck at the bottom. Not just that, the suction is not great at all. When i put pressure on the meat for it to cut, it moves. The suction is useless. I hope i can return it. But i dont have the box anymore.

Well-made bread slicer/Not anymore!
The media could not be loaded. I finally resigned to the fact that I needed to order an electric slicer because I cannot cut a straight slice of bread to save my life.I am an avid baker and cut bread on an (almost) daily basis. Therefore I needed a slicer that doesn't take up too much counterspace, is easy to clean and operate and priced right. This machine fits the bill. For me it's exactly what I was looking for, doesn't make much noise and seems well thought out.The suction cup feet mean it won't budge while in use and I like that I have a choice to either turn it on and leave it on until I'm done or where it's on until I let go of the switch. All in all, I highly recommend this slicer.UPDATE:I’ve had this thing since the end of June. It worked great in the beginning and it was a relief to be able to cut a straight slice of bread for a change.I bake all my own bread so this came in handy.I have ONLY used it on bread, nothing else.I contacted the company and sent them this video of the issue I’m having over a month ago because it no longer works. The blade would stop spinning intermittently at first and now it’s stopped completely while making this awful sound, almost as if a belt is slipping, who knows.I have yet to hear back from the company and I registered my product as soon as I got it, jumped through hoops, sent proof of purchase pictures as requested, etc.Should they ever respond and solve my issue to my satisfaction, I will amend my review. But until then I cannot recommend this product!

It has a metal screw in the center of the blade
This machine is not too heavy but stays on the counter with heavy duty suction cups. Unlike all the other slicers it has a metal screw to fasten the blade, I use a penny to loosen and fasten the blade. I sliced crusty bread nice and thick but also ham so thin I could almost see through it. Next will be slicing veggies and fruit, it should work fine although I am addicted to fine knives, I may become converted. A tray that slips under the machine catches what you sliced, no need for a plate or bowl.It would be nice to have more than one blade available.Edited two days later: I made Chinese food which requires a lot of slicing veggies pretty thin. Peppers, onions, carrots, celery and even the chicken were done in no time. Next time I make scalloped potatoes I will use the slicer and when it's time for comfort food things like cabbage or root veggies they will also make an acquaintance with the slicer. Can't praise it enough.
