Xmate Gimbal is such an excellent buy, and with a price point below 8k, it will no doubt tempt some of the more casual video shooters out there. For a budget gimbal, this Xmate Gimbal pack in a great number of controls and shooting modes - LED indicators, Multiple shooting modes, and has several easy to use buttons that are used for its control. The Gimbal has an iOS/Android app that enables you to connect your Xmate Gimbal to your phone for Gimbal calibration, remotely control your Gimbal (e.g. change shooting mode, pan left and right), Configure settings (e.g. motor speed, joystick sensitivity), and update firmware/digital user manual. All settings can be saved under multiple profiles. The stabilization quality of the Xmate Gimbal was surprising given the low expectations price compared to other Gimbals. Offers fantastic value for money and offers real 3-axis Motorized Gimbal Stabilization. Just make sure you handle with some care.

A total waste of money. Defective piece. No calibration, does not connect. Makes weird noises.When I sent it back, I got my money back after weeks and weeks of running behind them. Think twice.

i received a seal packaged product which was indeed defective. at first everything seemed fine and was working as intented but a week later after some moderate usage the gimbal stopped working suddenly after a callibration. i tried switching on and off several times but the gimbal didn't respond. i even charged the battery to its full capacity thinking it could be a low battery issue but nothing seemed to be working. finally i contacted their support team and a couple of days later they replied to my email saying my issue shall be resolved at the earliest and thankfully their support team did a great job and my gimbal was replaced with a new one within a month. by far the gimbal is working just fine and its been a month already. hope it doesn't get broken again. so for the product i would give a 3 star and for the support team i would give 5 star. funny yet true

Careful If your phone is above 6inch or 150gms my recommendation is to avoid this gimbal as there is lot of vibration in gimbal and vibration noise in the footage but if you are on low budget this gimbal will serve the purpose.Cons over other gimbals.* No stand or features like DJI gimbal.* Not compact for carrying so buy a very goodhard shell casing.* very basic features but does the stability jobnothing fancy.* Bluetooth connection problem.* Sometimes vibrates in unusual position.Advantages over other gimbals.* 18650 removable battery used We can replace battery for as cheap as ₹200, I have like 6 spare with me.* no need to balance phone manually just add provided counter weights.*best part is its pricing I got it for ₹3200 which I think is very reasonable.

Too much vibration and Hard to carry...Use less Gimbal Application. Waste of money and time

I use this product but In my I phone it was not use propery . I have iPhone XR. Most of the time it vibrate n ruin all shots . I thing it may not contain more payload of mobile . It was not superb product.

It is a good deal in the price money, stability and performance is good.
