Not what I thought it would taste like.Information I read up on claimed it tastes like a hint of Vanilla.I didn't taste any of that.It tastes good & it cooks fast being a short-grain Rice.The color I assumed it was going to be the deep colorit is in the bag. It cooked up to a nice pastel light-green color.Overall I would purchase again.

Received the product rancid. Smelled horrible. Tried cooking it anyway and verified, it is rancid. Very disappointed. Hope other purchasers get a fresher batch. Unable to return.

My new favorite thing is this rice. Shorter cooking time. Sticky and yummy.

I tried other Jade pearl rice out there.Despite this is good rice as for cooking times, taste and so on, it is completely different from what I'm used to.Usually, Jade rice pearl cook in 10 minutes and has a sort of "couscous" texture.This specific rice, instead, it more like regular sushi rice with some bamboo taste.As I said, it's good but, not my favorite Jade pearl, if it is a Jade pearl rice for real...

I like this healthy rice, but it is not versatile so you need to learn how to prepare it, check some videos online and you will master it.

Flavorful and cooks fast and easy, however comes from China would prefer a local source especially when buying organic.

If you already enjoy rice you should like this product! It's organic and has interesting texture and taste. It's really good stuff and we'd buy it again and again!
