New WaveU.Go Plein Air Anywhere Pochade Box, Ultra Lightweight Baltic Birch wood with Stainless Steel and Aluminum construction, Large measures 11 x 14.5 x 1.25 inches (00701)

I have a middle sized version but feel that this large version is more suitable for plein air or indoors, offering more space for colour mixing and for fitting larger panels. Made in Buffalo and sent from there via Amazon- great service.

A beautifully designed and crafted lightweight but robust box for painting in plein air. It’s a delight to look at as well as use. It could do with a padded bag to protect it.

It’s light, but the pallet is very small. The larger model would be a better choice.

Its light and compact, but seems to be made for those ready made canvas panels that you can buy, which I don't like. I prefer to use thin plywood, and this easel cannot grip then firmly. Also it uses magnets to hold the easel together, which I'm also not convinced that magnets are suffiently strong to hold up in windy conditions.

This a beautifully made piece of kit. I love it. Best gift to myself in a very long time. It also arrived much earlier than stated much to my delight.

Good product, definitely worth the money.

praktisch, solide, anwendungsgerecht

Over the past month, I’ve been looking at what is available online and how it fits with what I need: something lightweight, compact, sturdy, well-made, with a large palette to mix paints or able to hold my large lightweight plastic Masterson, and also able to hold various size boards for oil painting. It also had to be able to connect to my dad’s sturdy old tripod because I did not want an art easel and wanted to carry something that my dad loved. I initially balked at the cost of this but decided to buy something when my makeshift pochade was too unstable and bulky. This is made in PA and I liked the idea of supporting local businesses that make products in the U.S.. Went outside yesterday to paint and I am completely thrilled with this setup. I can see myself going everywhere to paint outdoors with this, and often. Thanks so much, Blick for carrying this, and UGo for making it!

An sich gut gemacht, aber als Tischstafellei ohne Stativ kippt es ständig nach Hinten bei jedem Pinselstrich. Und es ist viel zu teuer in vergleich zu meinem Pochade Box von einem anderen Hersteller, das größer und schöner ist und auch ein Pinselhalter hat und eine Glaspalette und und und. Das einzige was ich bewunernswert finde, ist das Schanier. Sehr stabil und einmalig.

This is a palette box I considered for some time and now that I’ve purchased it…i have NO regrets!!! I love this box, look forward to using it each day. Easy to handle, clean and it is very well made. Looking forward to many years of great pleasure painting with this box!!
