I tried several different “white” trash cans here, and they were all off white. This one finally is actually true white, and goes wonderfully with my bathroom.

Very happy with this/ sturdy, nice design- feels like and looks like a quality product.

It’s a beautiful product but when they shipped it they didn’t wrap it it had no anything around it except a little thin thin paper that went inside the trashcan I didn’t protect it all so it had to cracks in it

I love these Jonathan Adler lacquer bath accessories. Have them in two bathrooms in my house. They are rather fragile however, and prone to arriving broken. Got this wastebasket for a newly-renovated bath. It showed up with a large crack down one side. Amazon wants me to pay to ship it back to them from Hawaii in order to receive a replacement. So if I want to try my luck again, I get to spend $20-$30 for the privilege.Amazon also instructed me to contact Jonathan Adler Co. directly. Their customer support told me that since I bought it via Amazon they couldn't help.....so why did Amazon tell me to contact them? Meh. Not pleased.
