Works just fine, Alexa does too but with some needed fixes.
I love these bed frames, they have so far been great for us over the past few months. They continue to work and do as they are meant to do. The only downside is the WiFi/Alexa feature.Alexa does work but you have to call out specific commands that opens up the Skill app and does what it's supposed to do vs the more common and more recent way where it's a device on Alexa and you have some control or even voice control customizations. With it set up this way you are forced into making the commands their way and nothing more. That can be annoying as you need to call out for Alexa to do XXXXXX with your BASE. Yes you need to remember to call it a base and it's a little weird and I also have not found out a way to just raise one it always does both. The other issue I have is the WiFi on the device isn't great so at times it will just lose signal and stop functioning and the app is very basic and has some issues. What I have done is set this up to a smart outlet so in those moments that the device stops working I can command the outlet socket to turn off and on to "reset" the bed frame WiFi module and that usually fixes the problem. I don't have to do this all the time but from time to time and it's enough to notice.Other than that, I really like the lights, they use standard strips and they can be easily replaced if damaged or upgraded to RGB strips if you want some colors, could do some work and probably get a controller for your strip and use that instead if wanted, but very nice to see more common things used instead of proprietary stuff.Overall great frame, has some software issue and possibly they may need to update the module itself, but this too can be ordered separately so it may be possible down the road a updated version is released and instead of needing to buy a new frame the module can be upgraded. Fingers Crossed on that.

Wifi does not work.
I'm happy with the bed, bought a split cal king. Using them in tandem. The assembly was easy, I was able to do by myself (don't recommend that, have a buddy help). The wifi, however is non functional. Tried for about an hour, changed my router settings, went online to find help, tried everything. No go. Online reviews said that it was garbage and I bought anyway. At the end of the day, I don't really care about the wifi option. It came with 2 remotes so using my phone as an option isn't important. I like the set up and my sleep has improved by setting the head part of the bed up just slightly. The underbed lights are kinda cool too, wish I could change to colors though.

Works well; Good customer service
With the exception of being Alexa-enabled, this adjustable base works well. I particularly like the three buttons on the remote that can be customized to positions I use frequently. I use those button all the time. The base was delivered promptly and was easy to install. We adjusted the legs from the tallest height of 12" to the next tallest height of 9" and it fits my antique bed frame perfectly.I am disabled and am now able to get out of bed fairly easily on my own by adjusting the bed in the way I need it to move my body. It has given me a new lease on life to be able to get out of bed successfully on my own without assistance. In addition, the zero gravity position when I'm laying on my back is wonderful. The Alexa connectivity does not work. I talked to Blissful Nights customer service about that and they were very helpful. We reached an accommodation on how to deal with that issue.

Never going back to horizontal living again
I've had this bed for several months now and didn't expect to like it as much as I do. It does everything it says it does in the description. There are some minor tweaks I would make but nothing drastic. The only cons I see are:- the light underneath is really dim. I can see how that's really great in the middle of the night when you don't want to wake your partner, but it doesn't really help navigate a dark room that much. It's not a feature I use though so no biggie for me, but some might find it lacking- the "massage" features are kinda useless IMO. They're more just like a vibrating bed and not really a massage. Just get a separate massager. You don't need a bed to massage you. Also not a feature I need so not a big deal to me.- when I raise the bed the mattress does tend to slide down a bit and returning it to flat leaves a couple inch gap between my headboard and mattress. A useful feature would be if the metal pieces on the end of the bed that keep the mattress from falling off when it's raised would actually move and "push" the mattress back into place when it returns flat. I don't think that's a feature that exists anywhere but it would be a really nice thing to add- pairing my phone was a bit of a schlep since I had to actually crawl under the bed to activate the pairing once plugged in. This seems like something that could definitely be improved- the only serious con I had was this thing is freaking heavy. It definitely requires two strong people to move. I carried it up 3 flights of stairs in my walk up apartment with a friend and we were both sore afterwards (I'm 5'10" 180lbs and he's 6'0" pushing 210 -- we're both average strength in relatively decent shape and this was a tough move). Idk what kinda hero UPS person delivered this but my hat goes off to him/her wherever they are.Despite the nitpicky critiques above, the bed works great. Things I like:- The motor is quiet which was a big concern for me. Naturally you hear it, but it's a low and expected whirring that's very reasonable.- The remote is reliable and the preset functions are both intuitive and very handy. You just press and hold the button for several seconds and it memorizes the position of the bed. I use 1 for reading, 2 for meditation/relaxation, and 3 for a slight incline when sleeping if my reflux is acting up. The buttons also have a satisfying click to them and while it definitely could use higher quality materials, I like how easy it is to use and feel like it's reliable and will last.- having the app on my phone as backup to the remote is quite handy -- despite being slightly awkward to pair I've had no issues with it, which is pleasntly surprising as "smart" appliance apps have always been shoddy and unreliable in my experience- the main function of the bed works flawlessly and feels like a big upgrade from just a standalone flat mattress -- it'll be hard if I ever have to go back to normal horizontal life now that I've tasted that sweet sweet inclineWhile I could have given this a 4 of 5 for some of the small things I mentioned above, I was expecting all those things anyways so they don't feel negative to me. The pros far outweigh the cons and I feel like I upgraded my life after purchasing this so I'm giving it a full 5 of 5 simply because it makes me happy and I think that's all that really matters.

Decent Bed but Beware of Warranty
I purchased two of these twin beds in July of 2020, to fit together as a king, with separate adjustment capability for each of my wife and I. They arrived in packaging that had been treated very roughly and when I opened it one of the beds had a minor puncture/tear in the fabric of the bed platform. The damage was not structural, but I was concerned that the tear could worsen, so I contacted the supplier. After discussing my options they agreed to send a replacement bed. This was on July 28th. As of September 23rd, there is no sign of the replacement. Moreover, multiple attempts to contact them by email for a status update were just ignored and went unanswered. I just followed up with them by phone, to be advised that they were unaware of what had happened, but would resubmit the order for the replacement. Bottom line; 2 months without a word, requests for information ignored, and no idea as to why things had taken so long. Thank goodness we have been able to use the original bed to date, but if this is an indication of their customer service, I can only hope that nothing mechanical happens to the bed. So be forewarned. As far as the bed itself is concerned, it has been fairly satisfactory. As others have reported, it is heavy and cumbersome to erect. We are an elderly couple in pretty good shape and it was all we could do to get the beds upright (after installing the legs) and into the proper position. It was particularly cumbersome to secure the connecting straps that hold the two separate beds together so they won't slide apart. These straps connect to the legs which are difficult to access at the head of the bed. There are two reasons for this. 1) the bed is not easy to slide because in order to grab the solid frame you must reach well under the bed, and 2) the legs themselves come in three inch segments so that you can have a variety of bed heights. That makes it nice for height adjustment, but also makes them susceptible to torquing a bit under pressure such as sliding or tilting. I wouldn't want them to crack or break. We are going to try to put some furniture moving slider discs under the legs to see if that makes things better. We have used the beds for two months and have encountered no mechanical issues. The remote works well. The motors and pistons are very quiet. The only noise we have experienced is when the bed is returned to a full flat position there is a "clunk" when it finally sits. This is not overly loud, but if your partner is a light sleeper they may be awoken by it if you were adjusting the bed in the middle of the night. My only mechanical gripe is that the massage motor is less than ideal. It works best when the bed is full flat. In any adjusted position it provides variable levels of intensity and consistency. We found that at a bed height of 12 inches, the frame was a bit wobbly when getting in and out. We reduced the height to 9 inches and that seems to have corrected that issue. One last thing. Because we have 2 twin beds that are joined together, changing the bed sheets is a chore along the inside edge. So if you are not prepared to struggle a bit you may want to consider the full king bed. And make sure you buy bottom sheets with elastic all the way around or you will be unhappy with the way they slip and crease when the bed is adjusted to alternate positions.Overall, I would be prepared to give the bed 4 stars if it weren't for our bad customer service experience. This really makes me concerned over the warranty. Hopefully we will get our replacement bed soon.Update, Oct 28/20: The replacement bed finally arrived after 3 months. There was no advance notice of shipping and we were just lucky to be home when it arrived at the door. Not impressed at all with the communication of this company. The bed is still working perfectly well, but I cannot raise my 3 star evaluation based on the service.
