Brand Crossword Game

My husband and I are both avid readers with large vocabularies and this is our favorite game; we play at least a couple times a week. This is the basic set with no frills. The wooden tiles are well made and clearly stamped, and the board is sturdy and has stood up to being stomped on by our cats when we set the game up on the bed. I subtracted a star for the fact that one of the H tiles was missing when I received it. I didn't bother sending it back, just found an old game at a garage sale and cannibalized it for the letters.

I grew up on Scrabble and got this for my sister as a gift. Came as described and reminds us of our the board we grew up on.We prefer the old board over the new fancy ones with plastic tiles on the board, the old one makes for fast cleaning up.

Write up says made in Germany. Not so. Made in U.S.A. Emailed distributor/mfg. and did not get a response. Not worth the money.

Product exactly as described in the details. Met all expectations. Shipping prompt. My husband and I are very excited to have this game!
