I ordered this fan April 2020, COVID just started affecting businesses and contractors wasn't doing in home visit, anywho once I did got a contractor there was no directions in the box, I was out of my return policy and I tried reaching the seller with no response, I'm $300 out with a fan still in the box and can't do nothing with it, hopefully some one seeing this can help me in getting the directions to put this fan together. I gave it 2 stars because its a nice looking fan and that's all I can say about it.

I absolutely love the fan and light assembly. Not easy to install, but my husband got it done. Seller was very helpful and responsive with questions.The orginal order, the light portion was defective. The seller sent another fan assembly immediately.
