Disney Gabble Head Phineas and Ferb Plush -- Dr Doofenshmirtz

I ordered a Gabble Head Doofenshmirtz for my husband for Christmas. I had a hard time finding them around and was able to find one on Amazon.com. I got the toy on Christmas Eve and I was ecstatic! (it wasn't supposed to arrive until after Christmas) I quickly unwrapped the toy and put it into his stocking before bed. I didn't try the talking feature because I didn't want my husband to hear it and know what I had put in his stocking. The next morning, he opened it and loved it, but in the chaos of stockings, I didn't tell him it was a Gabble Head. That night, I asked him if he had tried it, and he had no clue what I was talking about. When I tried it, I realized it wasn't a Gabble Head. I had noticed when I opened the box that it did not have a shipping receipt in the box. It had been the only one of the many boxes I had received from Amazon that didn't have one. When I looked at the return policy online, it said I needed the shipping receipt. I feel ripped off! I ordered one thing, got another, and the receipt seems to have been purposely left out of the box so that I cant return it. I am not please with this product.

I must say it sounds just like Dr. Doof. Just remember to pull the tab on the back so that he can start to talk. I've read some other reviews saying it didn't talk,this would be the reason. Great fun my sons have chasing the girls around who have the Perry the platypus stuff animal as well.

We bought the who set of these for our daughter for Christmas. Dr Doof worked for a while the first day and then stopped working, so we sent it back. The second one only works occassionally.

Long story short, I didn't realize this doll talked until we got it. My son LOVES it. He's a huge Phineas and Ferb fan and Doofenschmirz is his favorite character. So glad we bought him this.

I got this for my friend who loves Dr. Doofenshmirtz! It is definitely a great buy. It is small for the price, but overall it is nicely made. I would reccomend it.

Excellent Seller and product!!

My husband received this gabble head from myself and our kids over a year ago and Dr. Doof is still bringin' the funny after much daily play! The plush is small, but it's cute AND is voiced pretty darn close to the show. Definitely not for infants or for those with zero sense of humor!

I got this to sit on my desk and keep me company while I work because I like the show even more than my kids do. When you shake his head he says three phrases, "Curse you Perry the Platapus", "Ah, Perry the Platapus, what an unexpected surprise" and "Ah, Perry the Platapus, your timing is in impeccable. And by impeccable I mean...completely peccable!" It seems to be well made and everyone who sees it likes it.
