Dorman 905-102 Automatic Transmission Shift Tube Compatible with Select Ford / Lincoln / Mercury Models

Easy to install if you have mechanical abilities. I've had to install 2 of these on different vehicles. Ignition switch sticks a little bit when you first install but after working it a few times it becomes smoother

The rod that goes inside the tube has so much play side to side due to it being smaller diameter compared to the original but seems to not affect it because it feels just as tight as a good original once installed, and also you have to slightly file or drill the pin holes on both ends they are slightly smaller if you are reinstalling the original pins.

Easy to install. Perfect fit for 1998 F250.

Shifter lever was really loose ordered and took a bit to replace have to drop steering column down to get bolts out to replace seems to fix loose worn out parts like new again

This installed perfectly on my 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty.

know what you are doing before you start working on coloum it's a medium skill job that takes an hour if you done it before.

Improved design prevents bushing from sliding out of position with wear.

Great price, installation little bit tricky. No issues with replacement parts.

Tuve que realizar un ajuste para meter el perno del fondo, el orificio viene más pequeño que el perno original así que hay que broquear un minino porque de lo contrario no entra el perno y corres el riesgo de romper el producto si golpeas fuerte, se instalo FORD EXPEDITION 1999.

I plan to keep an extra set and the required tools to do the work in the truck in case the parts ever snap again, it’s definitely not a minor issue when it does happen. Replacement part seems to be of same or better quality than the Ford original. Would be nice if this was a machined or cold forged part rather than a casting though. Really bad place to try and cut corners in a vehicle.

This product fits and works maybe better than factory. However, itis missing the bracket to which the transmission indicator cable connects. I was able to cut the old one off and JB weld it on, but if you are not capable of this then you will be unable to see on your dash which gear you are in.

Es la pieza correcta para una ford explorer sport 2001 4x4. Se siente de un material macizo y de buena calidad, superando al que trae de fabrica la camioneta. La instalación es media, uno mismo lo puede realizar. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.

Muy buena refaccion, la instale sin problemas, lo ideal seria que viniera cn abrazaderas, esas hay que buscarlas y comprarlas por separado si es necesario
