the unit works great but before you use for the first time. plug it in outside if you can and run it on #4 or 5 for an hour or so it will burn of the new finish etc,otherwise it will be smoky.

We purchased this warmer for use in our school's concession stand. It works great! We also use it to stage foil wrapped hot dogs! Delivery on this was later than indicated but from what I can tell, not at the fault of the seller.

The warmer is light weight. But the center shelf does not keep the food warm. Top is heated by bulb, bottom by heat element. I really need another but with the center shelf not being warm enough I will have to look someplace else.It looks good and cleans up well.

No assembly and what a great unit, and parts are available if needed

We bought this to hold pizza at the school basketball concession stand. It holds several large (14") pizzas and works well. It does the job we need and the price was affordable.

This keeps my food good and warm

With three pizzas in the unit, only the top and bottom pizzas were kept warm. Since the heating element is located at the bottom and a warming bulb at the very top, the temperature is very inconsistent.
