Let me start of by saying I have received excellent service from this seller in regards to these metatarsal pads. Having said that, I will review the metatarsal pads themselves: I was not happy with the product at all. I knew they had no instructions based on other reviews but I decided to purchase anyways because of all the other great reviews and the price. After the first attempt to put them in, they did not feel right, so I adjusted them. After the first application they seemed to have lost all their stick! Once I got them into place I had to try and slip my foot into my shoe while holding the pads in place with my fingers, that was a struggle! Once my foot was in and I went for my first walk, I found that they did nothing for the pain in my feet. I would not recommend these pads. However, after all that, I was contacted by this seller who reminded me that these pads are covered by a "Vive Guarantee " and I was given a full refund. So perhaps my experience was unique and there is no loss in trying these pads for yourself!

Very very comfortable. The sticky part goes on your foot like a pasty over the nipple and surprisingly it stayed in place all day even tho my feet sweat. I've worn them everyday for over a weed now and they're still sticky but I have to put a cream on an area on bottom of my foot where I had surgery and cover with bandage and the pad doesn't stick onto that. In order to wear the pad I just tape it against my foot and its just as comfy.

It appears to be a well made product. It wasn't as beneficial for me as I had hoped. I think my feet are larger than most, and I would have benefited from a pad with more cushioning. Wish they had a bit more sticky as well.

According to my wife: You have to youtube how to place them properly in your shoes. If placed in the wrong part of your heels, your feet will sweat and you will slip on them. They're easy to apply to shoes and they do make the shoes more comfortable. I would give this 4 stars if it came with application, cleaning instructions.

I was recently diagnosed with metatarsalgia and my orthopedist recommended I put pads in my shoes to relieve the pressure on my feet. I tried the brand he recommended, but it was like having rocks in my shoes. They alleviated one pain but caused another, so I tried these gel pads. They thinner and take up less room in my shoes, and the gel makes them much more pliable, so there's no discomfort. Only knock is the cost; they seem a bit pricy for what they are.

I haven't had these for a long time, but so far they have been very helpful. I had tried other pads without the adhesive and it was very difficult to put my shoes on without moving the pad out of the correct position. This pad, with the adhesive, solves the problem. I am experiencing some relief from the metatarsal pain also.

It was very comfortable while the adhesive lasted and it prevented blisters on the balls of my feet, which I tend to develop often. Unfortunately, the adhesive is very weak and the surface of these pads (even the adhesive side) is too smooth and will not take to any glue (I have tried shoe, jewelry, and hot glue) or even double-sided duct tape. The only way to get these to stick long-term is to staple them to a flat insole.

I have used these pads for a few years - I have neuromas in both feet. I had surgery once on one foot and it came back. Not planning to do that again. these pads make it possible for me to walk pain free. Love them!
