The fit was good and the elasticated waistband was useful, but the material was awfully thin and the skirt rather see-through as a result. Additionally, the stitching was quite poor and it felt as though the skirt would not last long.Moreover, the choice of light material meant the skirt did not flow as well when swirled.If you are looking for a character skirt for grade 1 ballet, I would personally recommend spending more and getting a better quality one. I ended up buying one from Little Ballerina, and you can see the difference in quality immediately.
