25 years ago I walked into my friends barn and saw boswellia supplement for her husbands aging roping horse. She said that stuff really works. I am involved in martial arts and while doing the pre-workout stretches at the dojo I noticed I had a few more degrees (like 5 degrees in my hamstring stretches) of flexibility after taking this for about two weeks. I was doing knee strikes a few weeks later and after an injury from those exercises, I doubletimed my intake of this supplement and my knee was good to go in a few days, the injury felt like it should've taken a week or so to heal, and I have a high tolerance for pain.The one thing about this supplement is that it uses Glucosamine HCL (hydrochloride), which has very few studies backing up it's effectiveness, most studies results imply it is rather placebo. What you REALLY want is for joint health is Glucosamine *SULFATE*, which has a bajillion studies to back up it's effectiveness.The collagen is good and there is also BOSWELLIA in it, a great plant that I can attest to that helps joint pain and flexibility.I personally upgraded to http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006UIY4CG/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 because this supplement is going to be even stronger. It's a bit (actually it's a lot more) expensive but it seems to be more on the ball.
