Awful! Just Awful! The first one died before I even finished juicing. If I could give it less than one star, I certainly would. Had it replaced with a second unit, only to have it malfunction in the same manner. This is also the second time I have invested in a large quantity of perishable produce, only to have a highly touted brand fail in its performance.The motor simply doesn't have the longevity, the power or endurance that it should possess. It is noteworthy that I took care to let the machine rest between vegetable preps, so as to spare any over-heating/over-working fatigue. However, within half an hour. I thought a I smelled a funny odor--like wires burning. Trying not to think the worst--that I might be reliving the prior experience, I shut everything down, unplugged the unit, and occupied myself with other matters. After an hour, I tried to restart the unit. The only thing that worked were the power lights, nothing else. So, I'm tasked with returning a second unit, and stuck with a large quantity of produce; that is, until it is undoubtedly rotted and wasted. My advice to anyone who may contemplate a purchase endeavor: don't waste your time or money, Invest in a better product.

I bought this as a Mother's Day gift for my mom because she liked my sister's juicer, which was the exact same juicer. This one appeared to be less powerful than my sisters at first but we thought we were maybe just remembering wrong on how my sister's was. Now this morning my mom tried to make some juice for me when I came over to visit and it seemed to be struggling even more to juice the carrots and then just stopped working suddenly. She's had it for about 3.5 months. It appears the motor is just dead..So now my mom is back to using her old juicer that wasn't as strong as this one appeared to be at first, but she's had it for years and it still works.

I USED IT ONCE FOR LESS THAN 3 MINUTES AND IT BROKE JUST STOPPED WORKING I PURCHASED THIS A FEW YEARS AGO HAD IT STORED AND RECENTLY UNBOXED TO USE AND IT JUST QUIT DON'T BUY THIS JUNK

Just used for the first time. The build is very simplistic & yet efficient.I put in 2 (cored & quartered) apples, four ( heads chopped off & halved ) carrots, and half a scoop of green vibrance ( once juiced) & it was easy-peasy, quick, and what I loved most it's that it was very easy to clean up. Every piece you will need to clean ( I just rinsed & used a little detergent on the chopper basket ) comes apart from the machine. Glad I got this one!

I would've given this 5 stars as we love everything about it, until I noticed the plastic missing on the bottom part of the top piece on the juicer. We've only used this maybe 6x so far and have not used anything in it to cause this. Knowing I possibly could've drank plastic frightens me & I have contacted the seller - possibly flaw?! Maybe. I had wash after each use, without soap as stated.It works and runs great, sharp blade and juices as good as you can expect. Love everything except what's happened with the plastic.

Used it 4 times so far. Comes in ok condition. no seal for the package box.Material is hard plastic and the "knife'' doesn't looks like it is steel. will see how long it will last.Like it so far.after the 3rd time use, I use it again to juice a green apple. I cut the apple in half and get rid of the core. then put 4 pieces together into the machine, the machine stopped work. Have to take the apple out and cut it again into quater piece, then it works again, Now I worry it will break soon. Like I said, the knife part is only some cheap metal, not strong enough, so you can imagine if a whole apple was put in, nothing can happen.The machine can only eat soft food.

The color is either changing to a teal green or the black is just rubbing off of the dark plastic parts. This appears to be a toxic situation to me. The reason I'm juicing - mostly carrot juice - is for cancer therapy so consequently I'm really scared this juicer will cause me more harm than good. There's no phone number in the literature that came with it, so I can't call them. Amazon, can you help me???

This juicer is amazing. It works very fast and efficient. Makes delicious juices. It has a little saucer that you can put in the fridge after squeezing. 8 small oranges, one banana, quarter pear and apple filled the saucer. Pulp is extracted in the black container (check Pinterest for some delicious recipes for the pulp). It is so powerful, I didn't even have to use the pushing bar. The only downside is: it is difficult to clean juicer net.
