I purchased these book set for my daughters birthday present. She loves them. She so was excited to receive them, started reading right away. Also just f.y.i. one of these is a diary to write in and rest are story books with same character but different scenarios.

NOW I understand why that other reviewer said that these are knock offs! They are NOT knock offs, they are simply the BRITISH version of the same exact books! The seller should totally clarify this. My 3rd grader LOVES these Dork Diaries books and it's perfect for her AR quizzes. When I got this pack of 10, initially I was disappointed because they were paperback. But given the price I paid...I'm alright. It's still a bargain!Onto the idea that these books are "knock offs" . They aren't! Swear! I noticed that the titles were slightly different from the books she checked out of her school's library! The horror!!!!I opened them up, and yes while the titles slightly differs, inside is the EXACT SAME, page for page! I included a few photos of outside covers and the inside to show that inside indeed they are indentical and if your child wants to take AR quizzes yes they can! It's just an extra step (kinda annoying) to match up with US print title, but you can do this by browsing thru Amazon and finding the same cover so honestly it's not a biggie in my opinion.

Haven't found a missing page yet. Nice set for growing girls. I was looking for reading books in BN bookstore and several mothers and teens recommended this book. Wimpy is in too. My 7 year old is devouring it.

My daughter loved these. I hate them because of the hero's behavior is so terrible - how can you root for her? However, at least it got her reading.
