Good item for the price
Initially, I was thinking to buy a notebook stand but after seeing the price for this adjustable table, and the height and sturdiness it can give, I changed my mind. And I am mostly happy about it. It does the work. My personal preference would be just to have a bit different colour (it is always a matter of taste) and make it easier to change the height (which is not so difficult. But since sometimes I work using the chair, and sometimes I work using my bed to sit on, I do it a lot more often). It is very light and easy to mount. All in all, I would recommend it to my friends :)

A very useful table
This table was easy to assemble, a few years in now and the wheels work well and the table still holds. It would be easier if the company installed holes in the metal frame for the screws to hold properly if your adjusting the table as they just keep sliding down no matter how hard you tighten them, but the lowest level is fine for me and my laptop and chair. Additionally, the edges can be sharp and uncomfortable if you're leaning on them but that is a minor problem. I would definitely recommend this table as the larger version fits in a limited space very well with its recessed table legs and can move about easily, and good surface to work on.

So glad I bought it
I was a bit worried about quality control, and I too. like another recent review said, received a slightly bumped in corner box but because everything was well protected inside afaik there is no damage in transit. It's quite easy to look at the picture and build the desk, it's reasonably sturdy for the price, quite stable. If you intend to move it up and down a lot it might not hold up for long without tricks, and it's a bit tricky to get it level because there's always a side that slides down more easily. One thing I'd do is file a bit the surface of the tighening hand screws (for desk to go up and down) so that they do not damage the plastic inside the tubes that you need to press on when tightening. The desk top is fairly basic and indeed has shap angles, nothing that isn't fixed by the giant mouse mats 40x70 with 3mm thickness (because of the tablet slot, if you use it, otherwise 40x80 to hide it, just remove the plastic insert so it doesn't create a bump, maybe get a 4mm mat thickness then)All in all it's not too much of an eyesore for something very functional, and I can fit it between the feet of my low ikea sofa on one side when not in use, with the top going over the arm rest. Might not work for everyone but as I'm the only one to use that sofa, it's perfect for teacups once work is done.Modding:I've put sticky felt protectors instead of the wheels (which are of ok quality, not the cheapest, and they seem a bit anti-slip with some rubbery parts). It removes a few centimeters. The desk migh indeed be a bit high to use on a low sofa, but I use it to keep my laptop screen level (with the eyes, better ergonomics) and have a keyboard on my lap so it's not an issue for my personal use.If you know the low setting is the only way you'll use this desk you can cut of a bit of the top tubes to remove a bit of height. The tubes are limited in sliding down fully by the fact that the screws to attach the bottom plank that holds the feet parallel, so unless you fix the feet on a plank (using the holes for the wheels - they're regular metal screws threads) - you can then fit the wheels under that plank, and unscrew the top screws from that small plank (find a way to prevent it from moving, because it's the only thing that keeps the desk square, and if it's not there there will be too much pressure on the screws under the desk and eventually the desk will collapse on its side). And then also add a small wood bar to fit around the manual tightening screws - because the whole system will be low it should give equivalent stability. Done this way (without wheels) you can get to a 61cm height iirc (you shave off 5-6 cm). If you can't send it back and have a diyer nearby it's worth asking.Am I smoking too much, I don't know, but the quality is nice enough that it would be worth a try, there isn't much else around that people are happy with.

Compact & stable
This is so much better than I expected. It was easy to put together, but I don't suggest using the provided screwdriver if you have the choice as it's far too small.I managed to put it together, on my own, withing about 10 minutes. It's easy to adjust the height so I can use it as a standing desk. The wheels work well - at least they did once I unlocked them.Really impressed with this.

Lousy Quality Control. Table, NOT trolley, unless I buy castors. Use own tools!
UPDATEFed up with tripping over the box, it dawned on me that although I cannot use it as a trolley with only 3 castors, I could use it as a fixed, if slightly unstable, table.Easy to assemble IF you use your own tools - their screwdriver sucks.I DO like the rounded corners of the main table - I am accident prone, being dyspraxic, so tend to injure myself on furniture a lot.I am looking at buying a set of castors for this, but am SO p***ed off that I need to!ORIGINALBought 2 items together from this lot, other was fine. A TROLLEY requires 4 working wheels - this only had 3. The fourth lacked the bolt thingy to attach to base of it.I always check contents before assembling; saves blood pressure.45.99 ex delivery - ripped off!No way I can return it, unless YOU can, DO NOT BUY FROM DLAND!Shame as it seemed to be a nice unit.

Cheap & does the job
I needed a temporary solution to work sat at my sofa whilst training a new puppy. I use two screens for work and need a lot of peripherals like headsets etc. The 80cm wide desk is great for this. I’ve squeeze two large monitors on it, loads of cables, keyboard and a laptop dock-in station, importantly a cup of tea and it holds well. I am manoeuvring it on carpet so slow and steady is good but it’s solid enough to hold this load and be moved. Is it an ideal solution for long term use? Not really. But if the alternative is arching over onto a coffee table then this is a great cheap solution.

Good for purpose
Finally have a desk to work from, didn’t think it was possible in a cramped bedroom. It’s great because you can store it at end of day by slotting it over bed frame.I left wheels off as it didn’t slot under divan style bed with them on, but still slides easily on carpet.Found 80cm width works well for laptop and notebook side by side, with some room for a drink.Adjustable height good so you can match it to your own writing height.Only negative is the black plastic tighteners for locking in height. One of them has split so doesn’t move the metal screw. Have had to remove the plastic tightener completely and now have to use mole grips to tighten/loosen. If this hadn’t happened would’ve given five stars.

Pienamente soddisfatta
