Save yourself the time and avoid this product!
This WAS going to be a gift for my grandmother. Glad I decided to set it up before gifting it because it's just non functional. I've changed the file sizes and formats multiple times, and nothing works. Half the time the image is unable to be read, the other half of the time it just scrambles it as if the screen is broken.Do yourself a favor and just save up for one that's actually got quality put into it, or maybe even one that actually works.I got sketched out when I opened the box and there's a paper with a link that's saying that the company will send you $9 in Amazon credit if you leave a good review for them.

Easy to use and quality images...
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This frame is easy to use and set up. If your files are huge in size consider downsizing them and they will open much more quickly on the frame. It can play videos or music as well as your photos from the memory card if you load them. My mom loved having all the memories to see as the scrolled through.

So happy I finally broke down and bought a digital picture frame
I absolutely love this picture frame!! I have wanted one of these digital picture frames for so long. Really ever since they first came out, I have wanted one.To be honest, a digital picture frame was on my list of things to buy myself as a gift. I bought this one because it was both in right in line price range and it had a lot of storage space.What I didn't expect was that it also played music and videos as well as having a clock in a calendar. I don't recall any of these feature in the older models, but I think it's fantastic. I mean you can line up music to play behind your pictures, I think it's wonderful.It may be a little much for me technologically and I say this because I I had to have my eldest son to come over so he can set it up for me. but overall I'm in love with this frame!

Perfect Mother's Day Gift
I bought this for my mom for Mother's Day. I was able to scan old family photos and save more recent ones to a USB stick. The photo quality of this frame is really very nice. I was honestly surprised at how crisp each image looked. The remote control allows access to change many features, such as fit image to screen or display in original size. The slideshow settings can also be adjusted so that images can appear as a fade in, a cut screen, or a whole series of other options. I found it very user friendly and appreciate how custom the settings allowed it to be.

Possible compatibility issues with certain SD cards... It jumbles the picture on the screen.
I got this product as a gift for my grandmother in law so she would be able to have many pictures of her family on a constant display. When I loaded the pictures on an SD card and put it in the frame to set it up the photos were randomly jumbled… And these malfunctions would cause the photo frame to stop reading the SD card and appear as if no memory device was in this unit. I was unsure if it was the Photo frame or if it could’ve been the SD card or corrupt photo images... so I took an SD card out of one of my other digital photo frames containing the same wedding pictures and put it into this digital photo frame and it appears to be working fine. I am thinking that that particular SD card was not very compatible with this photo frame… Any feedback from the manufacturer On this matter would be great… Thank you

Easy change of scenery
Always wanted one I wish I had waited so long. This little digital frame is really cool. Some of the reviews were talking about having a hard time with the pictures showing up, I'm not sure what they were talking about, I didn't have that. To note I paired this with a little flash drive with a lightening adapter for my phone. I plug in the flash drive and back up the pictures or videos that I want and plug it into the digital photo frame and boom I have a slide show that I choose. This is great when I am in the office looking at the same walls all the time and want a easy change of scenery or maybe just to have out in the living room. It is a great eye catcher and conversation starter too as the pictures slide through. There are some other options such as a calendar and background music that I have used and work easy enough but for me I really enjoy the rolling pictures. For anyone that works in an office or just wants a nice addition added to their home I would recommend this.

A Bit Difficult to Control
The quality of the picture is outstanding. The size is fine. However, the frame is difficult to control using the remote, and the controls on the back of the frame are inadequate. As an example, the remote has two buttons for the volume: Up and Down. They control the volume. There are four other buttons around the Enter key--up, down, left and right. In play mode, the left and right buttons only control the sound volume. They have no other function that I can find. And I am concerned that if the remote is misplaced the rear controls will be of virtually no use other than to turn the frame off and on.Otherwise this frame seems to have good build quality and, as I said, the picture is great.

Good photo frame
I've now owned this photo frame for about 6 months, and we've been very happy with it. We hung it in a hallway, and hid the cord by shoving it behind the trim of a door, so it's barely visible. I loaded it of photos of our travels, and it's especially pleasant at the moment (as we can't leave the house due the virus outbreak). I find myself stopping to watch the pictures switch on a pretty regular basis. Setup is very simple, and the AC cord means that you never have to charge a battery - a big plus.
