BluBird 20ga. Retractable Air Hose Reel - Next-Gen Rubber Hose (3/8" x 50') - BBR3850

Very cheap. I had to take it apart to make the damn thing work. It was a gift and now I look like a cheapskate.

This item exceeded my expectations by a great deal. The quality and flexibility of the air hose is very good. Time will tell how it will hold up but I expect good results based on what I've seen so far. The only negative I would comment on is the supplied hose for connecting the reel to your in house air line. It has a fitting end that is hard to match up to anything readily available locally. If they had supplied the female side of that fitting there would be no gripes.

Sturdy hose, very heavy. This was a gift and he was really happy with it. Packaging was damaged through shipping and it came in original packaging but everything seems to be okay.

The reel is great. But after 2 days of use the hose developed a bubble then it popped. I'd like a replacement hose. I'm sure it was a defect in the hose itself because nothing punctured it or wasn't crushed.

I love these hose reels. We had several hose reels that were worn out in or busy shop at a Ford dealership. This has been a flawless replacement for our $600 reels. I have bought several more.

We use this product in a commercial location. There are 6 of them currently in use. They have proven to be reliable and made to last.

The reel had potential. It was "crappily" packaged/protected, but well built. One of the screws was broken during manufacturer or shipping. The documentation listed a warranty email that was returned as undeliverable. I tried the sales email from the internet, no response. Buy it if you like to accept unusually high risk and fix brand new stuff with no manufacturer support then give it a shot! (Sarcasm)

o ring seals leaks air , no spring clip was on air swivel. cannot contact this company. cannot get replacement parts. found only replacement parts and seal kits for COX REELS, this means we all should buy COX REELS.

Can't fit more than a 50ft hose, but it's used all day at my work for almost a year. Co workers napa one that cost more broke and this ones still going

please do not buy this air line , in one month i got twice new end and ready for third time .every time cost me $20 ,do not buy this junk
