Product doesn't work doesn't cage input. Can't get a hold of the manufacturer to get it trouble shoot or replace

Did not work, Remote was DOA and so was the unit and stuck with a paperweight now

Good in theory but not in practice
Good in theory but not in practice. I have four sources in and three monitors out. Switching is simple and to the point, but unfortunately every source run through the switcher has noise introduced on the audio signal. It is not a ground issue. With the switcher out of the path, perfect, with it in the path, terrible. Doesn't seem to affect video negatively, just audio. The directions are okay. Packaging was excellent. I really wish I could recommend this because that would mean my switching nightmare was solved.
