The bike was delivered without any scratches or damage. It looks great and rides very well. Parts seem very sturdy and strong. Assembly was easy and took about 20 minutes. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice beach cruiser without a lot of fuss. Why spend $200 on a used one online when you can get this brand new one for the same cost?

6 foot 8. 300 pounds.Long story short, doctors and cedar point said I was 6'8" then one day 3 years ago, an insurance company said I was 6'5". So I have no idea what's real life now. I debated between many bikes. A big bike to fit me for a cheap price. I read a review from a 6'4" guy that said he fit perfect on it, but anyone taller probably wouldn't fit. With that in mind, it still seemed like the best fit among the rest, I ordered it. The bike company sent me an email to tell me everything that the bike didn't have, also saying anyone over 6 foot wouldn't fit. Do I still want it? It's was concerning but I clicked the confirm button.I have rode the bike 5 times, over 100 miles. I love it. I fit great and have no problems. The one gear rides smooth, I average 10mph with ease. Hills are a little rough but I'm also out of shape. I feel good on it. I'm very happy with my purchase!

After I assembled it I realized it has a warped front rim. How do I get another rim instead of returning the whole bike?

I purchased this bike to use for my commute in Denver. It arrived promptly and was very well packed and undamaged. Upon unwrapping it, I was pleasantly surprised at how little assembly there was left to do (some of the other reviewers had made me a little nervous). It's really just a matter of attaching the handlebars, pedals, front wheel, and seat. You can do everything with an adjustable wrench and a set of metric allen wrenches. The instructions that come with the bike are worthless, but the complete tutorial with pictures that I got from Beachbikes (the seller) was idiot proof. Total assembly time was well under an hour. I also received 4 different emails from their owner, a staff mechanic, and a ride specialist. It's clear this seller really stands behind their product. I also chose to order my bike directly through the Beachbikes website (where the price is slightly better).The finished product looks great, rides smooth, and three speeds is perfect for the slightly hilly terrain around here. I can't wait to pile on the miles. I outfitted mine with SKS fenders and a rack for the commute. I did not feel the need to upgrade the seat or grips, as both are plenty comfy.My only two gripes are minor ones. It would be nice to have a quick release axle for the front tire so that I could stuff it in the car without a wrench. Also, the decals that come on the bike are very low quality "stickers". Mine arrived with creases and air bubbles, already peeling up at the edges. I like the look of the bike better without them anyways, and they sure were easy to peel off. Overall, I am thrilled with the bike and the customer service from Beachbikes, and I can't wait to enjoy this bike for years to come.

Couldn't ask for more in a bike...high quality at a great price. The customer service from Beach Bikes is great too...we were assigned a mechanic to contact if we needed assistance with assembly. But we didn't need one, the bike arrived promptly from FedEx and was a cinch to assemble. I love the matte grey color of the frame. Overall I am extremely happy with this bike!

Front wheel wobbles very bad, shipped with loose spokes

This bike is fantastic. It looks great, easy to assemble and most importantly it is very comfortable to ride. I live on the beach in cocoa beach and it is perfect for riding on the beach and getting around town.
