SC80-16X25X1-6 MERV 13 Pleated Air Filter (Pack of 6), 16" x 25" x 1"

Getting ready to place my second order. Home Depot no longer has the 3M one I used, so searching on Amazon, plus the reviews led me to try this one. The ceilings around the registers are clean and they are performing as expected. Tried these due to the positive reviews AND the price was very reasonable.UPDATE: Received second order 6/3/2015. These are like pictured (white on air intake side) for the MERV 13. The box has a sticker with the model # and MERV 13 on it. However, as another reviewer pointed out, there is nothing on each filter stating MERV 13, etc.---only the size. The first order I received is gold color on the air intake side and the picture on -line describes this as MERV 11. I recycled the box long ago so I don't recall what the sticker labeled these as. Checked my Amazon order history and both orders are for Model #SC80 MERV 13. Looks like I was sent MERV 11 on my first shipment even though I ordered and paid for MERV 13. Will probably continue to purchase since they do the job, however, "US Home Filter" needs better oversight in the order processing department.

This is the most filter (MERV 13) you can get for your money, and the best I've found so far. They really take a lot of junk out of your air, so they definitely need to be replaced in forced air furnace and central air conditioning intakes seasonally -- or more often if you use your system a lot.

I have allergies and these filters make a huge difference in the air quality in our house. After doing some research I realized that the higher the # on the filter the more effective at filtering out fine particulates. These filters are so much better than what is usually sold at the big box stores and the price is crazy low compared to what they charge there. You can actually see the difference in the amount of dust that is no longer in the house. I would have paid double.

These furnace filters arrived ahead of schedule. Packaging was in good shape as are the filters. Once I installed one, I could tell there was better air quality in my house within a short while. I hadn't used MERV 13 filtration before. I think the highest I'd previously used was 11. I won't settle for less anymore. Purchasing on Amazon in bulk makes it easy to keep clean air circulating in my home at a reasonable price.

Used for 2 years now. Replace about every month. After about 2 months or so I can tell my allergies get worse and the filter needs changed and then my allergies improve. Can't complain. Cheap for MERV 13.

I always felt scammed paying a lot for the 3M filters and never felt like they did a great job. I've tried other brands but Midwest Merv 13 is the least expensive high quality filter to date.I usually buy a multi pack and regularly change them every other month. We have a family of allergy sufferers and so far these are done a great job of keeping dust and pollen at bay.

Wow, what a disappointment!!!this item by far was subpar.Just take a look at the pictures and you will see what I mean.I don't know how these would pass any type of Quality Controle.The entire box was defectivePurchased Oct 24th, 2017

Does a very good job of capturing dust and air particles so the AC and heater stay clean.

While I loved the fact that these filters did exactly what they are supposed to do, I had to return them because they were too efficient. Within 2 weeks of installing the first filter, our furnace stopped working due to lack of airflow. The filter was so clogged that the furnace fan couldn't get airflow through it anymore. I can't afford to change these filters every 2 weeks, so returned them (easily thanks to Amazon) and went back to the cheaper filters, which I will now change more often.
