Our little one hasn’t started sleeping in the crib yet, still in a bassinet.I was happy with the purchase from the start. Came packed well without damages and no funky smells out of the box. It’s not difficult to tell the toddler side from the infant side. Do wish it was a little easier since the only way to tell is the firmer side is for baby. It fits in the crib perfectly without gabs, so it’s true to size/measurements.We do bath time, tummy time, and set baby there when needing to do something in the crib for now. It truly is waterproof and has been holding up well for 6 weeks. Doesn’t make noise when baby moves around. It’s soft but supportive. For what we use it for it’s 5 stars.

This mattress is flimsy. I have the Bluebird for mini cribs and its far superior than this one.

Great customer service with continuous follow up. The product came in and our daughter put herself down for a nap it was so much more comfy than her infant mattress.

The Moonlight Slumber dual-sided mattress is waterproof and designed for both infants and toddlers. The infant side of the mattress is much firmer than other infant mattresses I have used. It doesn't feel all that comfortable but is likely safer because of the level of firmness. The toddler side is plush and comfortable. I will likely not place my baby on the toddler side until after a year. The mattress is described as being infused with plant oils but it is waterproof so I am not sure what benefit this is to the baby or toddler. I like the mattress and feel that it is durable and a healthy choice for my babies developing body. I also think that the toddler side will be of benefit because it is comfortable and supportive. I also like that it has cooling memory foam. I do think this is a high-quality mattress but the different sides could pose a risk to a baby if flipped on accident. This mattress is backed by a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects.Notes of caution-1. The product description shows a baby on their belly on the toddler side. A baby should be on their back when sleeping and on the side that does not have the Baby Bluebird writing. 2. I realized the importance that all family members know that this is a dual-sided mattress. The mattress was placed on the toddler side after putting new sheets on the mattress.
