WizKids Pathfinder Battles: Shattered Star Gargantuan Blue Dragon, Dungeons and Dragons

The dragon is really wonderful the details are great and it sets a tremendous presence. Despite looking different from blue dragons in D&D 5e I still plan on usimg this as kind of a unique encounter. I took some pictures of it next to Niv-Mizzet (also gargantuan) from the D&D Ravnica miniature line and some D&D giants (huge).

I love my Shattered Star Gargantuan Blue Dragon, and she joins my collection of other Gargantuan minis. The detailing on her is amazing, the colors vibrant and the sculpting is impressive. She is, by far, my favorite of my gargantuan minis.However, she did arrive with one of the small horns on her head broken off. This is a common problem with these Blue Dragons; the amount of detailing on them makes them very fragile. However, it was a very easy fix with a diluted Elmer's glue mixture, and WizKids also offered to send a replacement (I declined because I couldn't see the break after I repaired it). She's beautiful enough that it makes up for the damage that occurred in travel. However, what was difficult was assembly; I opted to shave down the connectors on the wings and tail and glue them in rather than apply the pressure needed to have them snap in - I was worried I would break something!Also, the price was a good amount. The issue with buying these dragons directly from Paizo is that they are premium figures that only come when you buy a case of minis; I didn't have $400 to pay on minis that I'll never use, so buying this at a mark-up just made more sense.Final Verdict: Despite the fragility, I would definitely buy this dragon again. She's the centerpiece of my collection and is just so beautiful!

Got this for a steal at just under $33. But definitely worth full price. The most beautiful blue dragon miniature I've seen from any set. I have huge plans for this monster and the figure does not disappoint in any way shape or form. If you are a DM, D&D fan, or just want to collect such things or help a friend collect such things. This is definitely one to keep an eye on.

This dragon looks amazing. I had to do a bit of sanding to get one wing in, but only 1 or 2 minutes of effort.

I love these miniatures. They are awesomely done. I was able to use them both in my current adventure which is nice.

Glad I got this its one of the coolest miniatures in my collection. looks amazing. was a bit difficult getting the pieces to fit together.
