Q: Would this fit on a man?

It was slightly snug on me but comfortable. I have an athletic build (175 lbs 5’ 8”) if that helps at all.

Q: Does this piece work for either arm? Is it designed for the right or left arm in particular?

I ordered 2 for a costume, with the intention of having one on either arm, It fits/looks great on the right, but not the left. It technically does fit on both arms, but it is awkward and doesn't really look correct on the left.
