I have been using this the past 2 or 3 months and I find it great by far the best iv tried. Not just full of caffeine like the rest.It keeps everything down there moving and I feel better when I take it but now I don't miss a day.Stop me from gaining weight and slowly help me lose those extra pounds that I wasn't able to before. Like my lower belly fat and love handles .I also eat healthy this is not a short cut but helps you do it a little faster and help with craving for food .

I have been through many pre workouts . This one is one of the better ones. For taste it is very good not sour or too sweet like many others and gives a nice buzz for a workout.

Great smell however I think the smell of my recent purchase, dose not last as long as my first purchases. I really like the smell tho my friend introduced me to this product. My sons also like the smell

It mixes easy . I use a protein shaker bottle with the grid in. Water then the powder refit the grid and lid and shake, simple as. Very green and definitely tadte the lime . Only just started using it so not noticed any changes yet.
