Worked really well for me
This worked really well for me, to re-glue glass to wood on a high-temperature device. I followed the directions for the two-part mixing pouch this epoxy came in, and not only did it fix my device, the unused portion of the epoxy hardened inside the packet, which I had stored inside another plastic packet to see if I could save it for later use but after an hour or so it was unusable. So all I can surmise is that the folks whose epoxy didn't harden, either had a defective batch or didn't follow the instructions properly.

Worked well
I needed to fix a loose part on my coffee maker. While this packet is one-time use for the rather high cost, it worked perfectly and was much cheaper than a new coffee maker or an outside repair on the coffee maker.

remained sticky
I did what the instructions stated, carefully mixing the 2 liquids within the pouch by pulling it the huge number of prescribed times across the edge of my desk. I used most of the contents on a ceramic cup (my wife wanted something non-toxic inside), but it remained sticky for about 1 month. I finally put it in the oven at 200F for ~1 hour and that seemed to finally cure it or outgas the stuff. As I bought several pouches, next time I'm going to mix it outside of the pouch, the way I normally mix epoxies. I can't say if that will work, but definitely the method described in the instructions that come with the package don't work.

worked, but didn't seem to set rock hard
Took much longer than expected to set (mixed well the two packets) and even after a day was still tacky to the touch.

Didn't cut it.
Glue did not adhere, put it on to repair plastic cup lid, delaminating seep on contact with liquid (coffee), lid sat for 5 days curing, now have biological contamination in between glue and lid, use cup out in the remote Salmon Breaks, can't use cup now for chance of gastrointestinal problems.

The poor reviews seem to come from people who misused or ...
This is a two-part adhesive that is mixed and applied. It's about the consistency of honey and then it cures rock-hard. I used it to repair a cherished ceramic bowl and it worked perfectly. I used an 'FDA' epoxy because I eat out of this bowl every day. The poor reviews seem to come from people who misused or misunderstood the product.

Not what I thought it would be.
This is not the thick kind of glue used in lieu of stitches. It goes on that way but as it warms to body temperature is melts away to a very thin film. Not useful. I don't know what its intended use is, but I was extremely disappointed.
