Highly recommend these for Mom’s on the go!
Comfortable to wearIf you need arm weights.. these are the best for wearing long periods of time.I love running and exercising with these wrist weights. They are adjustable and the added weight is great, without it feeling cumbersome. Only weights I found that you can actually wash. (Easy to remove and replace the weight bars) I’m still amazed how well made they are. The mesh interior fabric is so soft on the skin and the stitching is like a zig zag so you know it wont break with repeated use. LOVE these wrist weight and they make a great gift.

Does the job without worry about leakage
My upper body strength has gotten weaker as I've gotten older, so I bought these to add resistance while folding laundry and doing other activities around the house. I got these weighted wristbands after seeing reviews of other products that were weighted with a sand-like substance that eventually leaked everywhere. My wrists are 5.5 inches--in between the small and medium, so I got the medium for the extra weight. They fit well, and I can tell these will help strengthen my arms. Two strange things: 1) Each medium wristband is supposed to be 1.75 lbs, but each weighs ~ 1 2/3 lbs (I have a kitchen scale and can measure to a tenth of a pound.) and 2) After wearing these for the first time, I took them off after an hour and one of my blood vessels on my mid-forearm broke, which resulted in a tender bruise. I'm hoping that was a one-off fluke because I think these wristbands will help in the long run.

v8fit weights work better for my essential tremors than any other weights I have tried
the weights appear well made. They are easy to apply to wrists because of the Velcro closure. They have enhanced my ability to eat without making messes. I am looking forward to other uses with my occupational therapy

Comfortable and Convenient
In physical therapy it is really difficult to find weights conducive to all patients. These weights are amazing for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, shoulder injuries, overall strengthening goals, a need for neural overload for the shoulder and really perfect for weighted pendulums. What I prefer about these weights is the easy on-off feature, how well they stay in place, the adjustable weight levels up to 1lb in each cuff (really helpful for adhesive capsulitis), and adjustable velcro straps. Highly recommend for its versatility and ability for customization.

Makes everyday tasks mildly more intense.
If you are looking for something that will make your everyday life a little bit different wearing these wrist weights will do it. They are low profile enough that you can type while wearing them but heavy enough that the wrist posture you will need to type will be improved. The most deceptively difficult thing to do wearing these weights is to brush someone's hair. After 5 minutes of that you will know you are wearing these.

Slim! They do show signs of wear after a few months.
They are slim. Much better than bulky bags of sand. You can wear them under long sleeves and they won't be noticed. Pictures are of large with 2lbs.It's a bit tricky to take the weights out and put them back in. That elastic is the weak spot. So you won't be washing them often. Also, little holes start forming at the corners. At least they don't leak sands... But for now (6 months in) they keep holding up.I wear sweat wristbands below to pad the wrist, because without those, I can't tighten them enough (not a size issue) for them to not move around and rib against the wrist bones. But with the sweatbands they are comfortable for all day activities and walking (not running).

Super comfortable and high quality
Quality is far superior to anything I've tried or seen at the gym. They are extremely comfortable - the weight seems evenly distributed all the way around my wrist. Weights are easy to put it and stay in place! Most importantly they don't slide around my list and fall off.I also like that I can flex the weight easily based on what exercise I am doing. The only con I can see is that you can only adjust it a couple of inches so make sure you choose the right size. My husband tried to borrow them and they were small on him- will be getting him his own pair!

Comfortable and easy to put on
I wear these while jogging on my treadmill and while working out on my rebounder. My wrist is just under 6 inches and I bought the size small. I'm glad I bought the small because they don't move around. They stay put nicely.
