So this did nothing for me but made me bloated and wanted to eat more ..I stopped taking it and now my belly isn't bloated anymore

Dont know how long it takes to start working on weight loss, I've only used 1 bottle, will see if I noticed any weight loss after bottle #2.

This isn't a total weight loss supplement. It curbs your appetite, stimulates your bowels, helps flush out a lot of junk. If you eat a proper diet with a workout routine this can help lose weight.I'm pretty healthy but like a little detox now and then. After 1 bottle I feel it working. I'm eating less and moving more so I've lost a few pounds.

Excellent product, especially when we get a little sluggish. It's not aggressive in the least, has a mild effect but the results don't take long to be seen.
