Has anyone had trouble with these straws pitting and rusting after use? I was disappointed by other rainbow stainless steel straws...

I've had these straws for over a year now and they look just as good as when I got them. No rusting or any issues that I have noticed. We use them daily for smoothies, so they're withstanding use and washing.

Can I use this with warm drinks? Not very hot drinks just warm

I should think so. It's stainless steel. They make cooking utentils and pots and pans out of stainless steel, so it's a safe material to be heated. If you're just adding the straw to a warm drink, it shouldn't be hot enough to burn you or anything like that.

Why can I not use in moving car?

These are really nice metal. If you stopped suddenly, the straw could go up / down your throat or through the soft tissue of your mouth.
