A VERY loud deterrent
Anyone who wants to mug you or steal will very quickly be deterred when the alarm goes off, I tried it for only a second and it is VERY loud.The only way to stop it is to put the pin back which I like, so no on off switch except for the light which only turns the light on/off and not the alarm.

Brilliant
I have tried another brand of personal alarms as the piece of string annoys me at times. But, where looks won functionality failed miserably. So, I have returned to this panic alarm. This one works brilliantly, I just tested it out for a short second and my ears are still ringing half an hour later. This s***y works!!!!

I can’t comment about ease of use or noise level because me and my family have thankfully never had to use these, but they have an easy to understand instruction booklet and look like normal keychains. I have bought 2 packs of these and have some dotted around the house in safe places and others we carry on our key chains

Hard to Rate as can't really till you use them, but happy to say have not needed to use them but do take one with me everywhere I go. Well made and easy to carry.

DON’T BUY STOPPED WORKING after 2 months
I bought these in June 2020. I keep mine on my key ring and have only ever taken the pin out to test it once. However it is now early September 2020 and mine is totally defunct and not working despite never being used (thankfully) it dropped etc. My son noticed it making a strange low buzzing sound before he tested it to find it no longer works. Thankfully this was realised now and not in an emergency. Because this is a protective item for emergency use I think it’s really dangerous that it’s stopped working so soon. DO NOT BUY. I will be looking for a better quality alternative these were a waste of money.
