Needed this support for my feet as suffer arthritis in my foot . These are really comfy easy to put into my trainers and they work for me just walking about

I'm on my feet a lot and like to have arch support in my trainers to aid with reducing pain in my feet. Have found these are working well, fit into my trainers easily and make a real difference esp to my heals.

I had discomfort in my knee whilst running, I bought those insoles as they support the arch of the foot - pain went away immediately. This is the second time round I'm buying this product as it is so good!

Have a low arch and thought I would purchase to support. So far so good.

Bought for support in my work shoes as working 8hrs straight in my feet they did give me a little support so I managed an extra hr before discomfort but still left me with a good 3 hrs of discomfort before I finished work. Great for workouts id say or short running periods but not suitable for my needs x

very comfy, however, due to my feet they just didn't cut it, I have unusual feet with high arches so that's why.

I have plantar fasciitis, and I have been limping and in pain for about 5 weeks. I didn’t think these would actually do anything. But within a week I’m walking without a limp and any pain ! I only wish I had these sooner !!! Great value and well made and comfortable , they fit well in my trainers which I wear at work every day ,about 6hrs a day. very please with my purchase
