Interchangeable BBQ Branding Iron Set

The product is not described properly. The brand's letters are set on an angle, which does not allow for horizontal branding.This is something that should be clearly stated and described, as it is a big detail. After I received the brand and realized I could use it as I had planned to, I sent a return claim to Amazon which was ignored by Texas Irons. I called the company to sort out the issue which seemed easy enough to correct. It took 3 separate phone calls over the course of 3 weeks to have my refund issued. I also had to pay for the shipping to send the product back to the company, as they claimed that they did not understand how to use the Amazon return policy. After they received the returned item I then had to call and prompt them to issue the refund. And then a week later I was assured they would send it. After 2 failed attempts and another week, a third call was made, and finally they sorted it out.In business it is said that you are only as good as your worst employee. The people working at Texas Irons have a long way to go before that company can be considered professional. It is a shame that there are companies out there that are in business and have no idea of what doing good business actually means.

This item is a fun way to personalize a backyard party. With this there is no reason why a guest that likes well done steak should get a rare one.
