Boil in water for one hour to make tender and hot.
I was a little skeptical at first about buying kenkey online, but don’t worry fellow Ghanaians, this is the real deal! It comes hard as rock, so I boiled it covered in water on low heat for about one hour and it became super soft and tender. Love it!!!
