Sliced Genuine Smithfield Ham (Four 8 oz. Packages)

I often purchase these packages at Christmas time, but this year the strips seemed very fatty (nothing like the picture). May order from elsewhere next year.

Anyone writing reviews stating that this is "too salty" obviously just ordered the wrong item. Smithfield is SUPPOSED to be salty and is just as advertised. The slices are a little bit thicker than what I'm used to, but not so thick that they're overwhelming. This is what VA County Ham is supposed to be!

The taste of the ham is fine. But the ham completely falls apart when you open the package and even more so when you cook it. I expected biscuit slices and and ended up with shredded ham much like cole slaw. Not very appetizing at all.

Good ham, would have liked it sliced thinner

Conveniently sliced in individual packages. Perfect for storing in the freezer. I sliced these in strips or chopped for use as a flavor ingredients or as a garnish in soups. Great flavor that's unique and unequal in any other ham.

Way too salty. Had to soak in 7up before I could eat it. Otherwise, very tasty. Slices could have been a tad thicker.

Horrible,dry and crumbles apart!

Good. Need to write a book. It's just good.
