Lets be real, I bought these cartridges because I didn't want to spend the extra money from HP, which is about 99.00 per cartridge. So I took a shot on this 2 Pack. I must admit I was surprised and shocked at the clarity of the printing jobs that they do. Clear, Crisp, and I am so happy with this purchase. I Plan on buying more when I run out. 5 stars to this company for not only stating true facts about the product on the product list but for actually making it a great and fair price. A + + + + + + + + All around.

I am always nervous when buying a product with a limited amount of reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when using my first cartridge. It was easy to change out and immediately started printing good, clear copies. I bought 6 of them, so I plan to return and update this review.

I have a HP Laserjet Pro M118dw. I looked at the compatibility chart and it said this was compatible for my specific printed. I went ahead and ordered this product only to find out it doesn't work for my laser printer. I called the tech support number listed in Amazon and the person I spoke with was the owner of ZIPRINT. He told me he doesn't even sell toner cartridges. I called Amazon back and explained my situation and they sent me a replacement cartridge. Once I received it- same problem. It didn't work. It kept on saying "Low toner." This product doesn't have tech support at all to help with possible trouble shooting.

I was happy to find that these replacement cartridges work as well as the original. I haven't been printing very much, so I can't speak to how long the cartridges last but I can say that they work well. The only hiccup was installation. The bright orange plastic piece needs to be pried off to use the cartridge. The orange plastic takes some force to get off and it took me a while to figure out that I needed to remove it. After that headache, the cartridge slid right into the printer and works great.

Top tells you it is an AMAZON CHOICE "94X toner cartridge". So you believe that is what you are ordering, when you get it...Not! it is two 94A. There is nowhere to chose the type (94A,94X) so you believe you are ordering the X and you end up with an A. I will rate as false advertisement...SORRY

Ever since I replaced my HP toner cartridge with this I've had problems. I thought maybe the first of the 2 pack I tried was a dud, but the second was no better. The printer is asking me to replace it after only 300 sheets printed and the sheets that did print all had toner residue at the top of the page and on the back of each page. Unfortunately, I will not be re-ordering these. I think I'm going to have to stick to HP.

Product works well. JUst no directions and I didn't remove the protective strip. Consider including directions with your product.

This toner worked fine for me. I have an HP laserjet pro and this product works well with my computer. I recommended this product. Also good on price!
