As a diabetic, I can honestly say this supplement is as good if not better than the meds the doctor gives me to keep my glucose under control (and with no side effects!). I found out about them a few years ago, and was surprised when I realized how well they work. Don't get me wrong, I still take the meds my doctor prescribes, but when I add one or two of the MetaGlycemX tablets each day, I can really see the difference in the meter readings . . plus they smell and taste great. Thus far, all Metagenics products I've used are top quality.

I took this a few years ago but was told that I had to get it through my doctor. It became a hassle so I stopped getting it. Now that I can get it from Amazon.com on my own, I'm back using it. Since I'm a Type 2 diabetic, I believe it's helping me with my blood sugar along with trying to eat right and exercising. It certainly can't make things worse!

I took this to stabilize my sugar levels better. Seemed to do ok.

My husband has been taking this and we just didn't realize the overdoses of B Vitamins that it contains. This is super dangerous for your health and your kidneys work overtime to try and get it out of your system.We are part of the Cleveland Clinic Wellness program and his Doctor had a lot of bloodwork done. Many of the B Vitamins were in danger level! I couldn't figure out what was going on as he doesn't take vitamins until we reread the label on this.This drug is dangerous and should be pulled off the market!

I have been borderline debetic for years. I felt light headed and dizzy everyday of my life until I started taking Metagenics Metaglycemix. It's an excellent product. I no longer experience light headedness or dizzy. I can get through my day feeling normal.

I cannot tell a lie: this stuff is great for managing blood sugar. The fact that it has doubled in price since the last time I bought it boggles the mind. For a cheaper alternative, i take one Cinnamon capsule and one GTF Chromium tablet with meals, and get the same result in my blood work.

This product was recommended to me by a friend. I'm still new to it. I need to give it a bit more time before I could recommend it. I am hopeful, though.
