No quality control, No customer satisfaction,
I have purchased this product before, several times, and loved it. This time, I was mailed an obviously defective dried up product. The seller expects me to pay to ship it back to receive a refund. That is ridiculous, when they mailed me an obviously inferior unusable product. I should have been sent a replacement, or had this charge dismissed because I received a terrible bottle.
