Amazing device. The extra lead providing important information
While one lead devices provide rhythm information, the extra lead gives some extra valuable insight to where the rythm is originating. I am not sure about the full ECG biew as it is extrapolated but I would not expect to replace an ECG machine with this. The key thing is that you can detect the P waves for those that have problems such as atrial flutter or similar.I was a bit puzzled in the beginning but the device works perfectly well without a subscription. It is very easy to use and if you have e problems a tiny bit moist at the skin contact points can make any difficulties go.I am not sure about the automatic diagnosis. I am a doctor with baseline ECG traning so for me it is enough. It usually gets the sinus rhythm right but it misses a bigeminy that lasted 15 seconds and it had some hard boundaries about what it considered tachy/bradycardia.I am very happy with the purchase a d I would definitely recommend this over the single lead version.

Health tool.
Small and compact. Very easy to use and appears to do it's job. You have the option to pay monthly for a clinician to review your results and feed back to you.Download the app and link to your phone via Bluetooth.Place the monitor on your left knee or ankle with the arrow facing upwards. Touch the sensors on the top with your first two fingers of each hand. Keep as still as you can while your heart tracing is taken. Results are quicky obtained and stored.I would recommend for piece of mind. With waiting lists being what they are this might be a good way to check your heart health and have something tangible to show the GP.

A really useful piece of equipment.
This thing is incredibly small, you could fit it in in a purse or wallet. More importantly it produces a lovely reading in leads I, II, III, AVR, AVL and AVF. I have spent 37 years looking at ECGs in intensive care units - just not my own usually. I can clearly see my ST elevation dropping every day. It is simple to export PDF's so you can send them over to a GP or cardiologist. It takes a 30 second reading and will give basic arrythmia warnings. Most GP surgeries can't do ECG's so if you want avoid a trip to the hospital then this could be a lifesaver. It is really simple to use and Amazon was the best price I could get.

Disappointed
Excellent item but only comes with basic app service unless you pay £99 pa for the extended services, this is not made very clear in product advert

Handy item!
Not a bad little device tbh, although some what awkward to use if you want to use the hands and knee/ankle function if your out and about but you could just use the single hands function, however i think its prone to interference( to close to wires or computer etc) if its at all noisy in or out including if its windy out which is when i need to use it sometimes as that is when i get symptoms that i need to monitor. i think its a great device and easy to use plus it does give quite a detailed ecg reading although i think it will give you a brief version of the results unless you pay for the a 12 month plan which includes 4 yes only 4 readings per 12 month as I read it OR you pay for individual readings £5 each as and when you require them which is what i have done but not always necessary as it does give you some results like "possible atrial fibrillation" so no need to send your report off but its probably an idea to contact your doctor or indeed hospital if you feel the need , i do believe its fairly accurate and i have seen data online to say it is also although the the medical field probably wont take the devices info over theres as i found out but i still argued my case with it and im glad i did as it has indicated a number of issues i have AF, Bradycardia and heart rate below 35 bpm, it will register things like unclassified or unreadable which i believe is just because it falls outside there parameters but you still get the ecg and can save it which i have done as those are the ones with the greatest heart faults on. its also got a function that you can add your own notes and symptoms to a recording bp etc plus choose other items from a list, i had looked at watches and sent one back before getting this device as it was useless tbh and totally incorrect, would i recommend this item ....simply yes i would for the money £150 for the 6 line one, my doctor recommended it to me and i have emailed the data over to them. It is CE approved on the item, i dont go anywhere without this item now im very pleased with it.

Day 1, and I'm not impressed
I'm sure the technology and software behind this device is impressive. But, that assumed This device is a bit of a con. The upselling of an additional £100 a year for access to readings that the device is already fully capable of is just unacceptable (these are just additional software algorithms)Having had major heart surgery at St Barts hospital I'm more educated than most on the readings obtained by ECG and and its inferences. Having followed the connection and application instructions to the letter, So far I'm just getting 'UNDETERMINED' as the devices output. I shall bare with the device for a few more days. However, I can already see me returning it, I'm glad I purchased it through Amazon with their excellent returns procedure. This device is very much a half-way-house between a smart watch and and a multi-lead ECG. Don't expect clear and concise readings. I would imagine all the five star reviews are the result of 'No Issues detected' and normal heart rhythms. This device could've been so much more with a bit more thought and care/respect for its customers

Great piece of kit
I'm a doctor and we use these to identify AF in the community. It's really simple to use once it's set up and providing that you keep still and get yourself in a comfortable position you will get a good trace. The basic package is limited in what it will tell you about the rhythm but this wasn't a concern for me as I interpret my own. Make sure you know what this will and won't tell you and also please consult your doctor. This is a great device that you can store your ECG tracing and then seek guidance.
